I went into this store in September, was promised that there are no up fees on a piece of equipment I purchased and it’s December and I’m still dealing with the nightmare of the fees from that day. Even though the item was returned the next day this ‘Indirect Retailer’ was suppose to remove the charges immediately since Verizon can not as the item was their responsibility to follow through. Ugh!
When you enter the store the selling begins, beware!
