I received the best customer service from Patrick. He helped me pick the best phone for my needs. He explained everything to me and I felt totally at ease with my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better representative. So far I haven’t had any surprises on my bill, which is always a concern when dealing with cell phone companies. I believe that using Diamond Wireless instead of a Verizon retail store was my best bet because they are more willing to work with you and provide you with the customer service that you need.
