Extremely dissatisfied with the service of this location. When ordering my food I kept being cut off to ask questions that were already answered about my order. Then when I get to the window I asked for chunky red salsa only to be given a bag full of green. When I asked again for red I was just looked at like I was nuts. Then when I finally got all the way home I realized that the tortillas for my family meal were missing and my sides were tossed in the bag so fast the lids weren’t completely on and the juice from the cole slaw spilled all over everything! Horrible experience. It will be a while before I go back to this location. I’m giving at least two stars because the chicken was really good. Just wish the service was better.

terrible terrible experience. Chicken was NOT fresh and it was tough and dry, either standing out too long or from the day be4. yuk. for the price they charge(14.99) for a whole chicken, they can have it. wont be back. overpriced for bad food.

My first El Pollo Loco. Very clean, helpful/friendly staff and the food was surprisingly tasty. Even though it’s fast food, the quality was good and I really liked the salsa bar with multiple options like the avocado dip and extra cilantro. Traffic is a little strange here but that’s because of the hwy 18 and adjacent frontage roads.

This location once had good customer service but now the staff seems to only think about themselves. They don’t seem to listen to the customers when they place their oder. The staff also feels the need to play loud techo music over the speakers. Customers would walk in and walk out when they could not hear each other. This is not a club, the staff needs to learn on how to keep their customers.
