Kwik Trip

I go here every now and then to use the fee free ATM and get other things. When I went to use the ATM, it told me «service unavailable». I went some where else to get my money. When I later checked out my banking records, it took out 100 $ out of my account for trying to withdraw 20 $. Charging me 5x for money I didn’t get. I went to my bank to dispute the charges. They told me that I had not been the first person in for the same exact issue and to avoid Kwik trip for a little bit, if possible. I also stopped in at the store to let the manager on duty aware of the issue and maybe put a sign on the ATM. For example, out of service. While I was just explaining the issue to him, he just cut off to say something like, I could argue with you all day, and gave me a phone number to call. Personally, I just think it could have been handled better. I will not be going back to this location for awhile.

Nothing real big it’s a small grocery story the prices are just right they do not try to over charge you just because you are not at a bit chain. Some of the prices are even a lot better
