So upon pulling up to the drive thru at 10:25, hours of operation shows 10:30 is when they open. On the dot they came on at 10:30. I ordered chow mien with orange chicken and string bean chicken breast. I was told that they only had rice and chowmein cooked. Are you kidding me?! You open at 10:30 and nothing but chowmein and rice is cooked? Lol So they told me to wait in the front for about 4 – 5 mins. When I pulled up to pay they said«we are out of string beans chicken breast» how do you run out of food when you just opened? This place is a joke. If I wasn’t hungry I would go somewhere else. I would give this place a negative in feed back due to being unprepared and lack of food service.

Stopped by this location on my lunch break @ 1PM and was told they’re out of rice and chow mein… They were also out of several other dishes! They rude lady behind the counter told me I could pick something from what options there are, or I can go somewhere else? Wow, what great customer service. I won’t be going back !!

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 plate combo chicken teriyaki and black pepper chicken spent almost $ 10 with the drink. My black pepper chicken was mostly onions and green peppers and 3 pieces of chicken also got teriyaki chicken and only got 4 little pieces this place is nothing like the other pandas maybe the servers should get more trained and be always consistent same servings as other pandas.

My boyfriends favorite place is panda so when we go grocery shopping we always stop by, after about the fourth time going to this location we decided ithis has literally got to be the worst panda express weve ever had. Literally the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life

Stopped by this location on 1÷17÷16; although I am a huge fan of Panda Express i probably wont be going back. I drove through at about 9 pm and ordered orange chicken and steamed rice which apparently was not cooked or handled correctly because i got food poisoning pretty soon after. Its been 5 days since I ate there and I am still showing symptoms; thanks for the weight loss panda.

Went through the drive thru today and was told that they were waiting on fresh broccoli beef(one of our orders) and it would be about 5 minutes. I told her no problem, but please do not forget I am out there because that had happened the last time I used the drive thru and had to wait. Pulled up front and proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait. I listened to three songs and part of a fourth and decided that 10 minutes was my max waiting time. Went inside to a restaurant completely empty of customers and, surprise surprise, the person who took my order is preparing another order for a drive thru customer. She greeted me as if I were a new customer and when I asked where my food was and that I had been waiting for 10 minutes, she basically dropped the food she was getting ready and said«I was just getting ready to bring yours out.» I got my food and asked to talk to the manager. The«manager on duty» came out to talk to me and when I explained what happened, she very timidly replied«what do you want me to do.» No «I’m sorry,» «that should not have happened,» absolutely nothing except the one timid response. If this person was really in charge, she needs some training… and fast. At this point I decided I had my food and my receipt(to place a complaint with corporate), and was going to get nothing other than a frightened look from the«manager on duty,» so I headed home. Now, we have been going to this location for about three years. The food, along with the customer service, has been in a slow decline since we first started eating there. Tonight I found bones in my chicken, nothing was very warm(it had probably been sitting on the counter for five minutes), and one of the bowls was not completely closed so the sauce leaked all over the bag. Needless to say, I will not be back and with WaBa Grill opening in the same shopping center, this store needs to prepare to lose business – because they will with the terrible customer service and lack of edible food. If you want Panda, drive right pass this one. It’s awful.

I normally like Panda but this location is horrible. Nothing like the other locations I’ve been to, the rice is different, the chicken was soggy, veggies super greasy and my cream cheese wontons were burnt. Corporate should definitely take a look at this location to get them on track… I couldn’t even finish the meal.

Restaurant is clean, but the girls at the counter(at least when I’ve gone in) are not very personable. The food usually looks like it’s been sitting there for hours… and it tastes like it. The chow mein noodles are usually a safe bet, but that’s about it. The orange chicken I ordered a couple weeks ago was very crunchy. Also…sometimes the orange chicken is very spicy, sometimes it’s not. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had two different types of orange chicken, and she said no, just the one. Funny thing was… as I was leaving after paying for the order, the only employee who said thanks for coming in… was the cook in the back! Probably won’t go here again.

This was a very bad experience for me. The workers were under staffed. Attitudes were a lil undesirable, but I think that was due to the lack of help. The wait was looooooong. The food looked like it was sitting out for a while. The food was okay. Maybe this was out of the ordinary, but I will question myself before returning.

Great food but their customer service is horrible. They need a 101 on customer service before being hired!

this is by far the worse panda express i have ever been too!!! me, my boyfriend and our kids went through the drive-thru. we got the 1 plate of 3 entrée plate, and 1 plate of 1 entrée. well, we ended-up getting 2 – 1 entrée plates. our receipt said 1 – 3 entrée plate(we didn’t get) and 1 – 2 entrée plate(messed up too). i go back after i went home and they said to bring the food back, along with the white chick look mexican being rude as can be. then some dumb mexican chick starts taking and disrespecting me. really this is your job and your suppose to take care of customers. i would never go back, and yeah never got my food or money back. rude people which makes sense, there weren’t really anyone there.

Food is normal hot and fresh but being told I’ll be with you in a minute by 3 people gets old! The drive through is what causes the customer service inside problems. It basically stinks bad service and the drive through is to blame! Get out of your car and see what they have lazy ass people!

Panda Express is always hit or miss, no matter where you are in the country. Even at best you are still eating basically the same industrial ingredients you could get in any Taco Bell or Burger King. If you like Chinese food you should know better than to expect a hearty authentic meal from a Panda Express. This Highway 18 one, however, is worse than usual. I see some complaints about it being slow, but those Unilocalers should count themselves lucky that they had to wait at all. In my experience, they have your food pre-cooked, pre-boxed, pre-bagged and sitting under a heat lamp until you pull up for them to sling it out the drive-thru window like a sack of lukewarm garbage. Expect food poisoning and you won’t be disappointed. Just make sure there’s a trash can in your bathroom so you can shit and puke simultaneously.

I normally LOVE panda express but this one was not a hit. They had rotted food out that they gave to me and as I sat down I realized it. I kindly asked them if they could please give me a none rotted one; they said sure and tried to charge me for their inconvience so after a little argument they finally told me ok they would give a new one. So I was waiting and they went on thier phones not caring about me at all. After 20 minutes of waiting they didn’t even say thank-you for waiting or anything they just said its ready so here. They were rude and not helpful

Panda Restaurants are always clean & well lit to enhance the openness & shine of the restaurant. When you waol in, you choose your rice(steamed or Fried), Noodle or both. Next you stroll along the rest of the case choosing your entrée. Dont hesitate to go back & forth a couple of times… You definitely want the Teriyaki Chicken & another item/Tonight I got the Beijing Beef too. It was sweet & spicy. It all is good. Freshly made & if they ran out of your item, it does not take long to cook. You can taste any item. Dont forget to order some Rangoon(Cream cheese stuffed Fried wonton) or egg rolls. Yummy too. We always receive a Fortune Cookie with our meals. There are free refills with your drink order. The employees are very friendly & helpful. The chef has been there since it opened.

The first time I experienced a Panda Express was at King’s Island in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have a big place in my heart(and my belly) for«food court style Chinese food» and this hits it on the nose. The process is simple — you choose fried rice(or steamed), chow mein(actually lo mein), or both, and then you can choose between 1 and 4 ‘entrees’ ranging from all your typical favorites, like broccoli beef, szechuan chicken, hunan pork, and so on. I think you can order any entrée on the menu, even if it’s not up front(but you’d have to wait for it), but they seem to rotate selection of the up front items regularly. Finally, you can add sides, such as egg rolls, cheese rangoons, dried lo mein noodles, packs of fortune cookies, etc. This location has a drive thru which I have not yet tried, but I’m not sure how that works if you don’t know which entrees are actually up front. The price is a LITTLE more than one might expect(I usually go for a 2-entrée meal with an eggroll or rangoons, which runs about $ 8 – 9) but it’s worth it. There is another very smiliar place called Fresh Wok around the corner — you can check them out too, but after a few visits I’ve determined Panda Express is just better.
