I am back less than a year later with yet ANOTHER problem with my Bosch refrigerator purchased from Warner Stellian in Apple Valley. I called at 5:05 pm today to attempt to get a service call scheduled for a non-functioning ice maker. I left a voicemail as the service hours are 8:30 — 5:00…super convenient for people who work 8 – 5. I asked for a return phone call tomorrow morning asap. we shall see if that happens or if I have to call again. 4.1911:45 no return phone call from service… typical 11:48(during my lunch) called service directly again… there was a busy signal and no way to leave a vm 12:00 called AV store and asked if anyone could help me… anyone…gave my name and number and issue with receptionist who said she would contact service and have them call me. 12:30 Received phone call from service. Explained my issue(this is the second time this has happened to the refrigerator). She said that she would talk to a repair person and call me back with the course of action(either a call set up to look at the refrigerator or directly order parts). Either way, I was assured I would receive a call to let me know the decision. 5:00 Never received a call back. 5.10.16 …update: I did receive a call back eventually; I am STILL waiting for the part for my repair.

Horrible service! They are happy to take your money with the sale but do not try hard to help if something breaks down. Called yesterday because our fridge went out AGAIN! Still haven’t heard back. If you buy appliances from them you can count on at least 2 weeks to get something fixed!

I have replaced some appliances in our home from this place. A dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Garbage disposal and finally à new fridge. Great customer service from Drew Warner a relative and Tanya Williams. The only complaint is it Took around 9 months to receive à $ 150 rebate check. It first got sent to Texas. Supposedly didnt put serial number on form even though it was on receipt. Came back then said it was too late and dénied. Called Drew and Tanya for follow through with purchasing and finally got rebate check 9 months later. Buyer beware on their rebate program through GE. Great followup. Will go back when my circa 1990 Whirlpool washing machine finally dies.

We bought 5GE Profile appliances about a month ago and were very pleased with the experience. First of all, after al lot of shopping, we found Warner Stellian to have the best overall prices when factoring in all of the rebates. Timing was good for us too as we got in on the GE $ 500 bundle reabate + $ 205 Warners rebate + Electric company rebates for purchasing Energy Star appliances. This was great. Our sales guy Bill W. was very informative and not at all pushy. He responded well to all of our questions and was very unbiased when comparing brands. We did purchase extended warranties(my plan all along due to our current Maytag fridge issues) and found the Warner Stellian 5yr extened warranties to be VERY reasonable. My wish is to never to have to use them, but I have the peace of mind knowing that if I do we are covered. Buy at Warner Stellian. They make it right for you. The did for us.
