Go in for a pint and meet with the epic ignorant rude staff. Sit in a seat with your beverage and trash a new that day down coat in vomit that a classy guest left and nobody cleaned. Staff crass at best. Never. Again. Cheers. Negative rating

This is one of my favorite bars in Appleton. If you’re in to craft beer, this is a place to go. They always have different kind of beers on tap and they have a bottle selection that you won’t get at other bars. It’s small and cozy which is great for weekday drinking. And you can’t go wrong with 25 cent skee ball.

What a friendly small bar with a diverse — if not huge — tap selection! If you’re willing to get past the exterior, you’ll find a warm interior with a several tables in addition to the classic bar. Add a pool table and a Skee-​ball game (25 cent games), and it’s just quirky enough to be truly interesting and fun. Give it a chance!

My absolute favorite bar in Appleton, accept no substitutes.
An insanely well curated selection of taps is balanced by a curious assortment of high-​end bottles from all over the world, but with a focus on Belgian and American Craft Beer.
While the music can be deafening during busier hours, the free popcorn and $ 0.25 skeeball more than make up for it.
FRH’s beer club is free and allows you to amass bottled and draught beers along your way to earning glassware and t-​shirts.
Though the beers are largely high-​end, the prices are barely over retail (shhhhh!). I am almost sorry to have found a job as it might cut into my late afternoon sojourns to FRH for happy hour ($ 1.25 off anything! Wha?).

It’s everything I want in a bar. A cozy environment with excellent beers on tap and friendly bartenders. The music is at a level that you can actually hold a conversation and there’s even skeeball. What more could I ask for when I’m in Appleton?

Sometimes you wanna go where everyone knows your name! They have an amazing beer selection and sweet staff. There is also outdoor seating/​beer garden open year-​round. In the summer they often have live music outside. And sometimes they have snacks that are for everyone! Who can complain!
