Decent prices.
They have clothing for juniors, misses, womens and maternity as well as mens and shoes, accessories, and probably home goods (though I tend to just go in looking for clothing).
There wasn’t a great selection this time for anyone in possession of a woman’s body (meaning…hips, people… non-juniors).
I used to have a lot of luck finding clothes here. Maybe today was just a fluke.

I love all the home goods in Gordmans! There are sooooo many things to look at and the prices are unreal (40−70% less than you’d spend anywhere else)! I agree that the store can be a bit overwhelming, but just allow yourself enough time to sift through it all as it is clean and somewhat organized!
The clothes are hit or miss for me. Since I am 26, I am too old for teen-bopper outfits, but too young for clothes that are boring or matronly. Sometimes I find something here for myself, sometimes I don’t… The men’s section is better (I can always find something my husband loves) and they have great deals on Burberry perfume.

So much stuff, so little time!
Okay on a recent trip to Appleton, WI we saw a picture at a friend’s house that we all loved. We asked her where she got it and said Gordmans. All of us from outside of Appleton said, «What’s Gordmans?» She said, «You don’t have Gordmans at home?»
Now, I wish we did, but I’m glad we don’t. I could have spent all day — literally — there.
I walked out with the following — a hat, sunglasses, a sweatshirt, a knick-knack, and a travel case for about $ 50!
It’s a mecca of wonderful home and clothing items! If you got the time and some spare change, stop in — it rocks!
I was on a vacation recently and the couple we were talking to said they were from Appleton and I said, «Appleton? My hat is from Gordmans.» She said, «Isn’t that place great?» She’s totally right!
