I have literally sat in the drive through for 34 minutes. When I pulled up I was one car behind the person ordering so maybe 5 people in front of me at most. It’s insane

This is the first review I’ve left on a Taco Bell location. I’ve never personally felt the need to review one, until now.
I have never had any problems with the food at this location. The food has been good. This location has one, giant, huge problem. The wait times are FOREVER. And I mean that. It can take upwards of 20, even 30 minutes from the time you pull up to the drive thru to the time you are getting your food. This is true nearly all hours of the day.
Going inside does little to help the problem. The lines are just as long. I do feel bad for the employees because they do seem to put forth a good effort. It seems like it’s a staffing issue.
Taco Bell, if you’re reading this, it’s time to look in to your restaurants and give this place some love. It’s obviously a very busy location that needs more attention.

Am I the only one who Unilocal T-​Bells? Or am I just going off the deep end in trying to be as lowbrow as possible in my reviews? Anyway, I’m making it my mission to review all the divey fast food outlets in my travels. Among Taco Bells, this one rocks. It featured a top notch crunchwrap supreme with plenty of filling– and it was hot as well. Keep it going, Bell, this location gets a thumbs up from me.
