This place would have been more stars if I could manage to have been waited on in a timely manner.
There were 2 employees. One stood 5 feet from me for a long time before turning to look at the register where we were loudly exclaiming we’d like to order.
We then watched 2 other patrons come in and stand in line after us for over 5 minutes.
I finally said to them, «you might want to yell cause they wont come out of the back unless you do» The employee who came out looked like she was sleeping and didn’t even say hello to the customers or ask what they’d like to order.
Horrible service… But the smoothies were good, I guess.

I am addicted to the Avocalada smoothie. Really good and NON-​Dairy! The last two times I’ve been in, however, they’ve been out of coconut. Please get more!!! This place is inside the College Ave. City Center (mall,) so parking is difficult. I wish they had a place with a drive-​through, say maybe in Little Chute, near the high school?

Great smoothies, great prices, friendly and great price!!!
But the two workers today, were talk, we had to say we are ready to order like 2 or 3 times… I have not been there for a year. I would still give them a another try and recommend there smoothies!!!
I am fine with them talking a little.

The smoothies here are solid. My favorite is the mango magic smoothie and I have returned back to Tropical Smoothie Café again and again to get my smoothie fix. These are my favorite smoothies in Appleton. Yum!
I have never gotten a meal from here, but people I’ve gone there with have been very satisfied with what they ordered. I got a bagel with cream cheese once and it was really cheap. And pretty darn good, but it’s hard to mess up a bagel, right?
Tip: Sign up for their club thing where you get text alerts when there are going to be specials. I get texts pretty regularly and have been able to get $ 1.99 smoothies before by showing the text message to the cashier. Great deal!
