The person working the cashier was very helpful when I came here looking for a reflective vest to wear while commuting on my bike. I ended up buying two: once smaller, more form-fitting one for the hot weather and one larger one(with more reflective parts) to wear over my winter coat in the winter. I looked at some of the bike shorts, but they were a little out of my price range, as a recent college graduate. That doesn’t diminish my opinion of this place in any way, though. I thought it was a little expensive, but you really can’t put a price on safety! I left the store with a very favorable impression and would certainly recommend this store to anyone looking for biking gear or components. During the time I had to commute on my bike, I had the phone number of Wheel & Sprocket in my cell phone contacts, just in case I had any issues with my Trek. I found it really comforting that this place was open until 8PM on weekdays, because the only time I would have had time to get my bike fixed was after 6:30. A lot of Appleton businesses close much earlier, so I really appreciate that. It’s great to have a bike place like this in Appleton. Thanks for the reflective vests!

The owner contacted me asking to fix the bike to try to make up for the poor work previously. I haven’t been able to find a good service I trust ever since going here, so my Trek is really in need of servicing this spring. I appreciate his willingness to correct things with customers, not all businesses really care what their customer’s think, so this is positive in my eyes, and worth an A-OK rating(hopefully«woohoo» after the service) :) Thank you Chris!

Man their on line business is great for new discounted components. They have been my go to web site for updating two bicycles. Shipping is fast and they website lists a variety of parts and accessories. Did I mention that shipping is free, plus there is no tax? Awesomeness.
