She has single handedly improved my health as well as the health of my family through holistic and natural means. She is a gem and a wealth if knowledge and experience. It has been a pleasure working with my nutritionist, Maureen. I moved here from Detroit, California food and lifestyle r so different. Maureen educated me in such a non threatening, caring way. We first did her elimination diet. Maureen was so supportive. I learned and lost 8 pounds. Maureen also did a couple of cooking classes with me, how to make lentil soup, how to cook with different herbs, shared many nutritional recipes. I would recommend Maureen and her services without hesitation. You r in for a real treat!

Maureen is quite knowledgeable and has a great, easy going demeanor. The approachable way she presents the material and tailors suggestions based on one’s own needs makes eating clean do-able. In addition to doing a supplement-supported cleanse, I learned a whole new way of eating that I am really enjoying and now is a routine. I bought a package of four sessions with Maureen and have used two of the sessions. I feel that I already have have received a tremendous value. Maureen really listened to what my personal nutritional goals are and has provided suggestion, education materials, sample menus, and recipes. each time she add some more suggestions rather than overwhelming you at once. All of her suggestions are doable and more a series of small tweaks than huge changes. I am sure this helps for making long term changes.
