Time after time I have been let down by other taco bells but this one on the other hand never ceases to let me down. From the nice clean décor to the very nice caring ladies at the registers. The food always comes out and actually looks as advertised. But this would all mean nothing if the food wasn’t any good. Luckily once again this joint does not disappoint. Keep up the awesome work ladies!!! YOU ROCK!!!

Good staff. Right next to where I work out — LOL.
Luckily, I can’t read the menu, so I only know one thing I like — the quesarito. I am a rice eater. I tried to read the menu online to see if maybe rice is available on the side, but the site said, «Bummer! Our menu is down».
But they keep this location fairly clean. One potty for each gender at the front is busy and awkward.
Free Wifi is a plus!
Someday I will get a look at the menu. LOL (I have the same issue with ALL fast food menus. I can’t read the drive thru one’s either. Forces me to make better food choices and go to the grocery store instead). If you know the menu, this is as good as any Taco Bell :)

1. Take out order. I was bumped so they could make an employees meal as her shift was ending.
2. My kids quesadilla (amongst all other grilled items) are taken out of the griller and slid onto a very unclean work surface that is scattered with the fallout of items past.
3. The «team» was like no other Taco Bell I have seen… they moved so slow and with no energy. No smiles. It was silent from the lack of hustle and slow paced work.
4. The food was a mess. The quesadillas had whole pieces with no cheese, just a folded tortilla. My Mexican pizza was a disaster.

This is one of the better taco bells I’ve had the pleasure of dining at. Still. It’s a Taco Bell. Meh. Super unfriendly staff. Like… WOWWWW you could not be any more rude. It’s like they try to be rude.

After roaming the coast, my husband and I were looking for a place to eat. It’s was pretty late for us to barely come into town (around 8:30) and we were STARVING! I swear, nothing in this town was open that night! I actually had to call my friend out of desperation and he told me that this Taco Bell is what is open late. Life Saver!!!
I did have a little trouble locating this place at night. It’s across the street from a big shopping center (which is where I thought it would be) and is actually a little lower than the road, so easy to miss at night.
There is no drive thru, which is a bummer. It does look like an older Taco Bell so that’s probably why. The food/service here was standard to Taco Bell. They got my order right and gave me plenty of Border Sauce.
I would come back next time I’m in the area because I love Taco Bell and they are open later than any other places in the area.

It’s Taco Bell but it is open late and near the beach. Two positive points right off the bat. Don’t know why but americana mexican food hits the spot when hiking in the woods or haning at the beach all day. Plus being open late in Aptos is a plus since most of the area closes up shop pretty early.
One draw back is that this Taco Bell doesn’t have drive thru then this would be the bomb for late night munchi run. Then again maybe that is why this place doesn’t have a drive thru, just saying.

It’s not just another Taco Bell. The people that run this Taco Bell are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I’m more talking about my experience from 3 years ago when I would frequent this taco bell. The people that work here are the most honest, hard working individuals of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

I often drop by after the show late at night. I like the food and the service has been good. They also have a sunny patio that is popular in the day time. It is a sheltered patio and that sets it apart from any other building.
This Taco Bell is across the parking lot of the Wash & Dry and across
the street of the theater.
They have Pepsi, spicy food, and the hot sauce packets have funny messages. I like this place.
