Very Bad!!! I call them I what to make consultation but the first person picked up the phone and told me «hold on hold on» then transferred to another person, so this stupid lady told me «they don’t have time maybe next week», I asked «what’s the soonest time that I can do a consultation» this person just hang up the phone!!! WTF! This is so Rude!

I completely disagree with that tom guy. The sales person is very helpful and nice. I actually look at their repeating customers and it is very high number. Obviously they have done something right.
