Fresh Face Med Spa

What can I tell you about this place other than how much I love them. They are a hidden treasure in Arcadia! I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and was recommended by a girlfriend of mine who had already been coming and was extremely happy. I had been looking for a Med Spa that was easy to book and would treat me more personable than the other places I’ve been going to in West L.A. This is definitely worth the drive! From my first visit with Hattie I noticed a huge difference in my face. I came in for botox treatment of my crows feet and a frown line on my forehead. I didn’t want to look stiff. Hattie didn’t just inject me with what she thought I should have. She actually listened and understood that I wanted a more «natural approach» to the treatment I was seeking. She made a few recommendations and started me off with only enough to make a difference. She made suggestions on what could better my appearance understanding that an older thread lift I had done had absolutely NO effect on my right drooping lid. WOW! I can’t even tell you about the difference I saw. I started to see an amazing difference about 4 or 5 days later. I couldn’t believe it. All of my friends and family noticed how fresh and bright eyed I looked and the drooping lid was slightly lifted using her amazing technique and thats what blew me away. I was told I looked at least 10 years younger. YOUNGER? I didn’t expect to hear that but I did appear fresher and overall I was thrilled. I’ve been going back as recommended since then and wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. NONE of these Med Spas here in the greater Los Angeles area compare to Fresh Face Med Spa. They know a woman’s needs. I have recommended every friend and family member to come here after hearing noting but compliments. I have only touched the surface on these guys. I’m now going to book additional treatments as I approach the summer I want to be sure I look my best. Love these girls!

I have been going to Fresh Face Med Spa for over 4 years and I’ll never go anywhere else, especially in the San Gabriel Valley. Hatty and Stacy treat you like you are family. They always greet you with a warm hug and smile. The atmosphere is so calming that you almost forget what you’re there for.
Stacy, the Esthetician, has restored my skin back to a healthy glow with her amazing facials and I always look forward to my next appointment with her.
RN Hatty, is a true artist. You walk in looking old and tired and“voila”, Hatty’s mastery with fillers and Botox has you walking out looking rejuvenated and natural. I have also had numerous laser treatments for the removal of hair and freckles and to also help build up collagen… the results always speak for themselves.

It’s impossible to get through to a live person; I get an answering machine in the middle of the afternoon and they do not keep regular hours. I would love to redeem them through comments on their service, but I can’t seem to get any.
