We have used this company as our worker’s compensation provider. There is an employee, named Lauren Castellanos, who is unbelievable rude and definitely doesn’t know what’s appropriate courtesy for the client. She could even hang up the phone and spoke to the client very ignorant and arrogant. they request me to send them the copy of the new insurance confirmation, when I want to cancel the insurance with them, especially my insurance is going to be terminated in 3 days. This is so ridiculous and unreasonable!
With regard to their service, I have to say, definitely there is no service; they will only contact you when they need money, That’s it!
Never use this company if you want to buy insurance!

They represent many Insurance Companies and they can shop coverage for you. I found that arroyo insurance is a group of brokers all privately owned. I currently have business insurance with craig tom at the arcadia location. His number is 626.243,9623. He takes care of all our business needs and my private (auto and homeowner insurance). He has saved me a lot of money with my male first time drivers. He is the best, if you want someone that you can trust and is on top of everything he is the man for you. He will do his best for you all the time. He specialized in commercial insurance but he can help you with your personal insurance as well. Let him give you a quote, I promise you won’t be disappointed. I expect customer service and he does provide this. I would have written this on his location but I couldn’t find it.
