Guess

I used to be a regular customer ar Guess store in Santa Anita mall because their styles and quality are worth to buy. And more than that, their staffs were very friendly and helpful. However, I am no longer a customer there since they changed their staffs last year completely. The new staffs are not friendly and not helpful. They hardly give your a smile and gave me attitude and the look like «you are not gonna buy anything in this store.» At first, I thought they might have bad days, but NO. From time to time, they are like that. One guy did not even look at me even he stood next to me and walked passing by me twice. I was like «hey! I am here.» But whatever. I talked to my friends and relatives about the issue and they had the same issue. So I guess there is no point of going there because I feel very uncomfortable and the staffs are so intimidating and rude. I’d rather go to the one in Brea mall which the old staff moved and currently works there.

another of my fav stores in the santa anita mall… great clothes and the sales girls are so friendly and helpful. they go out of their way to assist me when I go in there. only thing of guess I don’t like is their shoes ive had guess shoes that break on me… I had a pair of $ 150 guess boots and after wearing them only twice the heel broke… so since then I wont buy shoes from guess… but the clothes I luv

Girl named Karen helped me, she was super friendly and amazing. Also very pretty!

everything here is made for BIG BOOBED people. which unfortunately I am not one of them. Still, I do think they have cute stuff, I just wouldn’t pay full price for it.
I feel like the people who work here are really cocky though. Seems like they hire people specifically for the purpose of looking good at the entrance. These people literally just stand at the entrance and do nothing else. They don’t greet you, they don’t offer to help. weird!

i used to love Guess until their style went downhill… Whenever i go there all dressed up and shop, then they will greet me and be helpful. But when i go just to window shop, they treat you like crap. Like what are you doing here, you should go somewhere else and shop. UH OKAY. you get paid what $ 10.and you act like you get paid 70k a year –_​-​… and look down on people. please down. You should be glad that people have money and shop at your store. !! UGH please hire better staff… or better management! stopped shopping there. Style sucks and staff sucks.

This Guess has the worst service ever. Don’t get me wrong I love Guess clothings… that is why despite their service I would still go back here and there. But after my trip today… i think i am just gonna either order online or drive out of my way to another Guess. The people that works here are very snobby and unhelpful. I asked the sales girl for a fitting room… so she took my item and started talking to someone else for like 5 mins, while i was standing there waiting… then when she was finally done… she asked me if i could just take the item to the fitting room myself and ask for someone else to help because she can’t leave the front! Why did she take my item and acted like she was gonna help me… if she can’t leave the front?!! Also the people at the register are always ignoring the customers in front of their freaken faces… I am so tired of their snobby service. I will no longer be shopping at that store.

Hmm, Guess Guess Guess. Let me just supply you with a little rundown on this particular Guess location. The store for the most part is very well maintained, so if you know what kind out outfit your looking for, it is not very hard to find at all. And if you did (for some odd reason) have trouble looking for something in particular, the sales staff are amazing and to my surprise, always friendly! Not to mention that most of them are gorgeous. Some people may say that this store is pricey, but I beg to differ. If you want something that will last you a long time, and not fade with the proper care, you got it! You truly get what you pay for at guess. Both the awesome atmosphere, and great service. I shop here very frequently and most of the people who have been there for at least 4 months knows my name, or at least knows me well enough to hold a great conversation. I have to tell you that I have been to many Guess Stores, I even worked for one in about 4 years ago. and I really have to admit that a lot of my coworkers at the time were simply beautiful stuck up people because they knew they looked good! So in conclusion, I give the Arcadia Guess store FOUR STARS! The only reason why they are lacking only one star, is not because of the way I feel… Lets just say, my friends have said they noticed that the Guess employees seem to favor the beautiful people first… I really don’t believe that though because personally speaking, I’m not GRADE A BEEF if you know what I mean (laughs)! Just Go visit and let me know what you think!

For a late 20’s guy, Guess has great clothes. I love the button nice shirts, the jeans look nice, and watches are flashy. I would shop here, but my wallet gives me a dirty look. I stopped in this week and found 2 shirts I liked, but for 80 bucks a shirt? come on! If this place was a lil cheaper, I mean maybe for 50 I would, but 80? Honestly!
