I wasn’t planning on going into this store but when I passed by the window I saw a really pretty dress on display on a mannequin… bait and hooked.
I was browsing through the selections of dresses and was ready to try them on. Vincent, an employee, helped me find several other dresses he thought I would like. He gave me his opinions and helped me decide which one looked best on me. He’s very nice and has great customer service. Instead of buying the dress I saw on display, I ended up buying 3 beautiful black dresses thanks to Vincent and his sharp eye for fashion. Thanks, Vincent! :)
The store has very nice dresses and I would recommend anyone looking for superb customer service to shop here. I will be back again.

Amazing customer service. Amazing! Went to bebe before and they completely ignored me. i walked out no matter how nice the clothes is. Customer service is worth so much more to me. not only that but guess by marciano has beautiful clothing.

This is my go to place for beautiful night out dresses. Right when you walk in, you get welcomed right away with a friendly smile. I always enjoy shopping here because the staff is really eager to help you with different types of styles.

I love this store. It was my birthday a few weeks ago and I was being treated to a new wardrobe. Orginally I was going to go with BEBE, but I wanted to see what kinds of items Guess had on sale. It turns out, guess had all the items I wanted, both on sale and regular price. I also took advantage of the 20% off regular price and 50% off sale price that was going on for Guess List members. My sister who accompanied me also tried on stuff and ended up buying items. I’m so glad I went with Guess because they have an awesome employee Ariel she was so nice and helpful and made shopping so much for fun! The staff was also very nice. There was a dressing room women who helped me and checked up on me. felt welcomed customerservice was great I love this store! Thanks Ariel!

Every time I’m here I get the most incredible service and always leave feeling confident with a great new outfit!

I went into this store last week looking for a pair of jeans I saw online. But this location did not carry was I was looking for. The manager of the store said she can look to see if the other locations had it, but then she went on saying I needed to buy something at their location in case I did not want the ones that were going to be transferred from another location because they did not want to be stuck with unwanted merchandise that they normally don’t don’t stock. I told her I was planing on buying online anyways. And she gave me the impression to not return the item there.
To me it sounds like this happens a lot that this location does not carry items that the customers want. This was my first time at this location. This was an awkward experience.
