Hospice Of Grace

Where do I even begin? A little less than a year ago Hospice of Grace came into my families lives and helped put my grandmother’s life in a better stage. I will never forget the first couple of days when the nurses and all the care team members came to our house and introduced themselves. They were so bright, extremely kind and positive about everything. They made my mother and I feel at ease. A big burden had been taken off of our shoulders and till today, we could not be as happy as we are to have them in our lives. Anything that she needed was brought in less than a day. For example, the hospital bed, the walker, and the shower chair came in the same day that we had asked for. The medications and supplies are always delivered promptly. I want to thank everyone from Hospice of Grace for everything that you all are doing for my grandma. She has a beautiful smile every time she sees her nurses and care members. They are a great team and they know how to care for their patients.
