I went back a week later near the evening during closing hours and was greeted by two workers.(I’m sorry I forgot their names and I don’t mean to give racist implications) I think it might be Latisha or Shaniqua or something along those lines(they were African American with unique names). I let them know of my horrible experience a week before and how we weren’t even able to eat what we bought. Anyway, they were very nice and took down my email to have it removed by the manager. They apologized for the bad service made by the previous workers and offered to make my girlfriend a complimentary hot dog. The woman frying it made it perfection! Golden crispy batter on the outside, FULLYCOOKED on the inside. Amazing. More workers like this please!

It’s pretty pathetic. I’d drive all the way to the mall just to get a beef hotdog when I have the time then eat it in the car and carry on with my life. Seriously, eating hotdogs should be a sin. I can never get enough of it. I was never a fan of hotdogs until I discovered HDOAS. Lime-lemonade is delicious and don’t get me started with the fries(skinny, crispy, perfectly salted) Definitely my guilty pleasure. Drooling right now as I write this review… *PS Customer service is outstanding! Employees are always happy kind of like In-N-Out but specializing in hotdogs and lemonade :)

I was at the mall with my girl, and it was about two minutes before the mall closed. We decided to get a frozen cherry lemonade because it was still fairly hot outside. The staff was very helpful and super nice, Gianni in particular, made us a fresh corn dog on the spot and didn’t care that we were last minute customers, he treated us like we were the first customers of the day. Jessica was also on duty and she was also very nice and accommodating. Overall, a great experience and would definitely return.

The hot dog is always good and the lemonade is always the perfect compliment to the hot dog. Although I know it’s not very healthy, it’s so good!!!

I used to always come to hot dog on a stick to buy lemonade when I was a kid. Mom always asked me what I wanted to drink and I would always say LEMONADE! I wouldn’t get the regular lemonade though, that drink is too sour for me. I would always get the lime one(green color) because it had a sweet aftertaste to it, while the regular lemonade was just super sour. I didn’t like the cherry flavored one because I just don’t like artificial cherry flavored stuff in general. I’ve never tried their corn dogs, but I have tried their veggie corn dogs. It’s not bad for what it is. The veggie dog just tastes like the veggie dogs I get at the supermarket with breading over it. I also love their cheese sticks. I always get pepper jack because I like how it’s a little bit spicy. The best part of the cheese stick is the very first bite, because that’s when it’s right out of the fryer. The cheese is melted, ooey gooey, and a goes well with the breading. The workers here are always really friendly and excited about their work. They always have to wear ridiculous uniforms so I give them props for having such a positive attitude.

I always love this place, their American cheese dogs are amazing, and their turkey dogs are both healthy, and you can’t taste the difference from the beef dog. Their new dog bites are beef only I believe, but they’re pretty tasty

I was craving the hot dog on the stock, I ordered the beef Nathan dog and it was good. I also got the line lemonade. That was 7.30 for a beef hot dog and med lemonade. Kind of expensive for what you get. But it hit the spot for me and the lime aid was delicious.

Walked over and first no one was at the registers. Then when a person came I asked for an original lemon ade with an extra squeeze of lemon juice. Was told they don’t have a juicer right now to put in extra lemon juice so they couldn’t do it. I wonder how the lemon juice was already in the massive container in the first place? Judging by the confused look on the lady’s face it seemed to be futile to ask for lemons that I could squeeze juice into my drink on my own. I then took my business to the vendor next door. I’ll try again with this place when a different team is working. Good luck to the rest of you.

So I’ve been hearing a lot about this special lemonade called«Pauline’s Lemonade» at this particular Hot Dog location for quite some time, and decided to check it out. I’m not sure if it’s part of some secret menu or what, but I can tell you that it really does taste better! Not too sweet or sour, just the right balance of both and ice cold! So if you’re in the mood for great tasting lemonade, be sure to request«Pauline’s.»

I’m not quite sure why Hot Dog on a Stick always gravitates to food courts, but it deserves better. It’s not cheap at $ 3 for a hot dog on a stick and $ 3 for fries and $ 3 for lemonade. And, $ 3 for another hot dog on a stick because one isn’t enough. But, it’s one of the better corndogs you’ll have(turkey). Hand squeezed lemonade is the best thing at the mall. Corndogs are made fresh and the fries are always piping hot. Beats Winerschnitzel every time. They even have an employee stock ownership plan — to make up for those goofy outfits.

They just don’t have enough people serving here during lunch hour. To have to wait in along line for 20 – 25 min. to order a drink is ridiculous!

For a chain that has withstood the failings of other competitors, HDOAS has stood the true test of time with its simple had dipped corn dogs, fried cheese sticks and freshly squeezed lemonades. Even a sugar free one. Cherry still being one of the most popular. A good substitute to drinking too much soda. And great on a hot summer day like today. Give this dog a little luv and pass it on to the next generation. Simple but consistent and fun. Where else can you find a hand dipped corn dog. They kept to basics even with the fun uniforms and lemonade plunging… never trying to expand their menu with trends… staying true to their founder’s vision… still good unique fun food.

Groupon Deal: $ 4 for $ 8! *Corn Dog: I was never a fan of corn dogs. I thought the sweet breading and the salty dog was just a weird combo. I would always peel off the breading and just eat the hot dog. Boy, did I miss out! Corn Dogs are actually pretty good! I like mine with ketchup and mustard. *Fries: crispy & skinny, Yum! *Cherry Frozen Lemonade: Yummy and refreshing but a tad too sweet…

Hot Dog on A Stick is one of those places that makes you ask why you can’t have all of your food on a stick. It’s a state fair in a restaurant enclosure — with the colors and outfits to boot. The Hot Dogs are great — thick batter perfectly fried to the ultimate combination of crispiness and fluffiness. And now here’s the kicker — the dog is only 250 calories. Could you imagine Hot Dog on a Stick as the next diet craze option? How do they do it? It’s fully FRIED! Mind blown!(Well truth is, it’s a turkey dog at the center so that’s how it reduces the caloric fare down to a less gut busting number.) The employees are always very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience. Next time I’ll have to try the lemonade again, I always remembered it being too sweet, but according to the reviews here it looks like this one might be a bit more tart!

I haven’t been to a Hot Dog on a Stick in a long long time but had a coupon so I went a few days ago. Had the cherry lemonade which was good. The lemonade is still one of the best around. Just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. However, I remembered after I ate the corn dog why it’s been a while. It was just really dissatisfying. It lacked flavor or something but my friend and I felt the same — just very dissatisfied after eating it. I do have to give credit to the one staff member who took our order. She was amazing — multi-tasking, cooking up corn dogs, taking orders, refilling the straws, etc. She was quick and there was a long line. So, great lemonade but terrible corn dogs!

The friendliest, most efficient restaurant in the food court! Their employees were so amazing that we used to try and recruit them to Borders. They keep the line moving and get you served as fast as possible, while everything still tastes fresh and clean. Yay for them!

I came back and paid reg price for the Hot Dog on a Stick. I still like it with mustard and catchup. The $ 1 special is gone.
