I ordered the chicken Salad… It was good. It had bacon cheese and spring mix lettuce.

Me and my hubby usually come to this johnny rockets whenever we’re at the mall. I didn’t catch the waiters name, but he was very pleasent. The food was delicious, and the tables are always clean. The entire staff is always very courteous.

What could I saw that hasn’t been said before. Its Johnny Rockets. The place that brings me to the 50’s an era I sadly missed. From their tasty food to the great taste in music along with the décor that takes me to a place that seemed to be where people got along a little more peacefully. Thank You Johnny Rockets you made my day that much better.

About 12 dollars for a milkshake and chili cheese fries. Was in the mall and the boyf was craving chili cheese fries, even though Weinershitzel was right there! Anyways we walked in and they told us to sit wherever we wanted, so we sat in the ‘bar’ area. What’s really cool is that you can play oldies right from where you’re sitting! I believe it’s 5cents to pick your song, but don’t quote me on that. Milkshake was creamy and yummy, and so were the chili cheese fries. you can’t ever go wrong with a milkshake and chili cheese fries! They always have different specials for the milkshake, but we got the cookies and cream. TBH, I would say that the food and drinks are overpriced, but hey it is Johnny Rockets, a franchise and it is in a mall. So they gotta pay for stuff amirite. I also really liked that they asked if we were okay with toppings on top, like onions and whipped cream!

Waited for about 15 min for our waitress to come back after we had already ordered. She asked«what did you order, I just want to make sure it is correct». I tell her the order again and she disappears for another 10 min. She comes back eventually to tell me that the food is on its way. I wait another 10 min. And still nothing. All I ordered was a grilled cheese and fries. I could’ve made it faster myself. I’m not sure how many more times they lost my order but I finally had enough and went to the food court. I definitely will not be coming back. But I guess this is about the kind of service you can expect from Johnny Rockets in general.

The waitress came to take our order and does it by memory. However, 15 minutes later she comes back and says, «To make sure your order, what is your order?» She totally forgot my order. If your memory is so poor, how hard is it for you to write our orders down on a freaken piece of paper. I am still waiting for our food as writing this review. It’s been over 25 minutes now and end up cancelling our order. It is ridiculous. Seriously how hard it is to make a chili dog and a grilled cheese. Unbelievable.

The service is very professional especially if you are lucky enough to have Shivanthi as your server. The food is delicious. I’ve been there many times and am always impressed. I

I ordered a burger and the service was good, however there was a hair cooked into my burger. I will never eat at this establishment again. A horrifying and testing experience. Lord have mercy!

This review is SOLELY for the apple pie shake. I worked here for a few months back in high school, and not only did they steal money out of my paycheck thinking I wouldn’t notice, and I finally left because of that(took me 4 months of calling their billing department every day to finally retrieve more than $ 400 dollars of my salary back), they used to have us clean out the rat droppings in the cabinets under where the sauces are. Management is a joke, so this probably isn’t the best place to have food at, but the apple pie shake is fantastic. I like to to-go the apple pie shake once in awhile, which I don’t believe is on the menu. It’s just a slice of apple pie dropped in with a scoop of vanilla. If they don’t blend it too much, you’ll get a small chunk of apple pie with each sip of your shake. It will set you back a good $ 7 or so, but it’s absolutely delightful. Also, if you ask, they will give you coins to put into the jukebox, and if you play the right song, the staff will have to drop everything and break out into dance. It’s entertaining for guests, but will probably annoy a few of their staff when they’re really busy for the most part.

Hey, it’s a 50’s burger joint, you get what you get. I was nicely surprised with a burger, fries and shake, well above average in quality. I can’t say I’ve tried the chain elsewhere, but this spot was good to me!

Came here with my husband & our vegan friend, before we sat down he asked about their vegan options, a young lady was kind enough to bring him a box from the back that had the«ingredients» listed on it– she was friendly about it — so now we look to sit at a booth, only a handful available but their dirty still from the last people that had food, the only available one has a massive hole ripped into it–(see picture) we had a bus boy clean off another booth for us– The guy who took our drink order forgot about us… Had to ask him again after 10 minutes– he apologized and so we got our drinks 5 minutes later & then placed our order– Unfortunately after a few sips of my drink I noticed some dark bits floating in the bottom of my drink… Disgusting. I had it taken back — my husband got a plain burger, he said it was decent & good— our friend ordered the veggie burger, he enjoyed it & I ordered the chili cheese fries, it tasted pretty okay but the cheese was not melted, just thrown on top… All in all it wasn’t great. I won’t be going back here–

There was a hair in my burger! A hair! After it took them a long time to get our food to the table, I find a hair in my burger, and the waiter seemed sort of like, «okay, sorry?» Like, really? I’m never coming here again!

I used to come here so much more often, so this review is long overdue! I work in the mall so Johnny Rocket’s is a convenient spot for my lunch breaks. The one thing I love most about this location is that the staff is always on top of their game. Friendly, yes, but always busy and never standing around or goofing off. The manager at this location is always in the mix, never micromanaging but always helping out and encouraging the team. It’s really refreshing and awesome to see that kind of team work, considering how frustrating it can be at other restaurants watching the staff laze around. Anyway, been a mall employee for about 4 years and I’ve always had great service and great food here. Major kudos to the staff!

We had just left the Red Robin on the promenade after waiting 20 minutes. We had not even order a drink. Johnny Rockets was our last attempt to eat in the mall before we called it quits. We were seated promptly. and in less than 3 minutes we were served. Our server, Steve was on top of it! Personable and attentive! Will definetely come back to this place!

Severely understaffed!!! I sat here for 15 min and not one person came by. No welcome, no drinks, nothing. The tables around me had not been cleaned off and the people in their booths were getting pissed cuz their drinks were not getting re-filled. When we finally told the server, the only response was«Sorry.» No offer of service or anything else was extended. There’s no other way to say this, but you guys suck.

This is why these large chains aren’t that good. It’s because they’ve been around for so long that nothing they make is that special. I got their Habanero Burger, but everything was dry. There was not enough sauce in it. The salad that it came with was nothing special either. Could easily make it myself at home. For the price I am paying, I can easily get a premium burger that’s good elsewhere.

Tiffany C. and I came here for lunch last week after watching«X-Men: Days of Future Past» at AMC. It was a little late for lunchtime which may be why the restaurant was completely empty except for two other tables. I had never eaten at a Johnny Rockets before and Tiffany was in the mood for a burger so we ended up here. We were quickly seated and given menus. Since this place is known for their burgers, that is what we both got. Their«famous 1⁄3 lb hamburgers are made with 100% fresh, never frozen, all-natural beef seasoned and made to order» and come with a side of salad or fries, and you can substitute sweet potato fries or onion rings at an additional charge. We got the following: (Tiffany) ROUTE66: This favorite is named after the iconic, carefree, American Highway. Swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions and mayonnaise. With side salad. – I think Tiffany liked hers. The salad didn’t look so great, and she only ate about half of it. But she did like the burger and the mushrooms in it. (Esther) BACONCHEDDARSINGLE: Smoked bacon, double cheddar cheese, iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato, white onion and special sauce. With Sweet Potato Fries(natural sweet, crispy and savory). – I liked my burger, but it was not anything special. I would take In-N-Out or McDonald’s over this burger any day, but I’m glad I tried it out. I liked all the ingredients and the sweet potato fries were good. They gave me a small bowl for ketchup… and they drew a happy face with ketchup in it so that was cute. There isn’t much to say regarding service. They checked up on us once and that was it. But we didn’t really need anything, so that was fine. The food is a bit pricey considering it’s not that great, but I guess you’re paying for the retro ambience? Glad I came once but I will probably not come back.

We came here past 7, after watching a movie. The place was quiet, with 2 other tables occupied. We seated ourselves and menus were brought to us. A waiter came to take our order, so service was quick. The menu had a decent selection, not so big that it’s overwhelming, but enough to have some good choices. I had the burger with jalapenos and some habanero sauce(can’t remember the name of the burger) that wasn’t spicy like they advertised. I got that with the side salad, which came with lots and lots of cheddar cheese that I had to remove because I don’t like cheese. They brought it with a Paul Newman balsamic vinaigrette dressing in one of those plastic pouches. The salad was basically iceberg lettuce. The burger was average and not spicy… at all. Not even a tiny bit spicy and this is coming from someone who can’t go spicier than medium at the Boiling Crab. I thought the burger was overpriced. For what I paid, I could’ve gone to Carl’s Jr. and gotten their $ 6 burger and it would’ve tasted about the same. But with that, I could’ve also gotten a drink and a large order of fries and wouldn’t have to leave a tip. I gave this place a 2 stars because of the quick, friendly service. I don’t think I will come here again.
