Milani was the one«helping» me at the store and she was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable about the products. I was very disappointed by how bad her attitude was. I left the store completely appalled at how she was unable to answer my questions. I did not have any confidence to buy anything at the store.

1st they sent me the wrong shoes, then the second pair were defected… had them for only 3 weeks and my sole on my nikes are coming off. I’ve only worn them 5 times and I’ve never did anything much where my sole should be coming off. Not pleased at all, never happened to me before.

I came here because I didn’t want to drive further out to Brea, but I wish I did. The females here seriously have bad attitudes I was exchanging some Nike leggings because I didn’t like them(friend bought me them) and she took a look at them and said I had worn them. I told her I didn’t and she still accused me of the wearing them. I wouldn’t return something that has obviously been worn. Anyway she gave me back my money with the worst attitude ever it was hilarious. I don’t know why people apply for a position where they will have to do exchanges/returns and deal with people. I am never rude to anybody so I sure did not deserve her treating me that way. So I filed a complaint online along with her associate# and everything. I work in customer service and I know how important it is to make your customer happy in order for them to come back. I will never return to this location again.

Came here with my mom and sister. There weren’t any customers in the store and two female employees were standing at the cash wrap. Neither greeted us when we entered nor did they greet the customer who came in right after us. The employee was doing her job when asked for help, but did the bare minimum which was retrieving the shoe. I was immediately turned off to being here when being ignored. The other employee stepped to the back so the sales floor was empty with a total of 7 customers in here, all of which weren’t customer serviced. It just really annoys me when customers go unnoticed and unserviced.

The girls working here are very friendly and helpful. I was in the market for some running capris and they were glad to assist. They even pointed out the sale items and current promotions so I wouldn’t miss it. Alot of the items were buy one, get one 50% off! I need more workout clothes like I need another hole in my ears but I just can’t resist a great sale!

1 star for the apathetic, unhelpful sales lady with the bored expression. Seriously, do you want customers or not? I came to get a heavy duty $ 100 running shoes, not cheapie $ 30 sneakers and she still gave me that raised eyebrow, bored look. I had to literally«force» an answer out of her… UGH! It was my first lady foot locker trip and it is definitely my last!

I’m running a marathon at the end of August, and I was looking for a pair of Nike Shox — I started wearing them when they first got released, and they are THE most comfortable shoes. .. EVER. Okay, for me at least! They look funky, but the heel part is sooo comfortable! Okay, so I’m not reviewing the shoe.. . Well, I went to the mall last night to do a hunt for a pair of Shox, and I hit up Nordys(Nordstroms) — my ultimate favorite store, Sports Chalet and Footaction. Last resort, I was going to just buy a pair from Nordys.. . Sports Chalet didn’t have ANY in stock(WTF?!), and Footaction didn’t have any«cute» colors(haha), and no one asked if I needed help. :oP SO! On to Lady Footlocker.. . We walk in, didn’t get greeted, and the girl looked like she was trying not to look at me. I’m a little irritated, because I’m a stickler when it comes to customer service, AND I wanted to just buy the damn shoes and get out of there(hello! Laker game!!).. . I head to the shoe wall, and it felt like lights from heaven were shining down on my shoes — Nike Shox, white, with hot pink accents — SUPER cute, better than I had imagined. AAAAAAHHHHHH!!! So I have to tell one of the girls to get them for me.. . and I had to ask for a pair of try-on socks(it’s so. cal, I was wearing flip-flops to try on sneakers). I actually bought some all-over wick tops and a sports bra, but totally didn’t get help in that area either — otherwise I might have walked out of there w/more. At the end, when one of the girls was ringing up our transactions, she got a little more friendly, but wow. DRY personality! All-in-all, I’d rate them like a C– in customer service.. . borderline D.. . it wasn’t like they were swamped w/things to do — it was an hour to closing, and we were the only customers! As far as selection goes, compared to all the other stores we popped into, they had the best. :o) I’ll go back to buy more stuff(fyi, the Champion brand stuff was pretty cheap).. . only because I’m going to need it, and I need to go where I can get bang for my buck, and have a good selection. Otherwise, just based on that customer service interaction, I probably wouldn’t go back, and wouldn’t recommend the place. If you are looking for knowledge and have questions though, Sports Chalet had a few helpful/friendly people.. .
