It’s really too bad that I can only give this place one star. Their food was decent but their employees were the absolute worse part about this place. From the woman who took my order to the one who gave me my food, everyone was so rude. The customer in front of me was in a walker and asked one of the employees if she could get some help carrying her food. The employee responded with«I’m too busy, I can’t.» Really!!! Even though I liked their food, I will never go there again because of the awful service I received.

Love their food. Everytime I come I get the persian Koubideh, it is my favorite. My wife likes their Gyro sandwish. They have free refills too unlike their cheap Ruby Thai neighbors.

Wow Unilocal put up the zero stars already! This place needs to really change there workers. I came here with my family a while ago and had to deal with the shittiest customer service ever. The food here isn’t worth the shit show there advertising.

Wow. Fuck this place. The workers here are super rude. I just asked the girl in the front what sauce would be good with my chicken, and she practically screamed at me «get which ever you want!» Like wtf is up with the service. Never coming here again! That bitch needs to be fired!

I used to eat here very frequently since I was working at the mall, many years ago. I went back yesterday and the quality of the food has changed a lot. It used to be better. They raised their prices. They don’t offer you the garlic paste anymore. Customer service is not the greatest now. Six employees were working there and it took 20 minutes for my food to be ready and they were not busy. After I sat down at the food court to eat, I realized I needed it more napkins… when I went back to ask for napkins, the lady asked me for my receipt. I was in shocked. Completely disappointed!

I’m giving it one start because the food is great! But the customer service is horrible!!! I will probably enjoy the food much more of their customer service was good.

My daughter and I always eat here when we visit the mall. Fresh, healthy(depending on what you order) and tastey. You get plenty of food for the price. I split my chicken kabob meal with my daughter and we’re both full when we’re done. Since all of the proteins are cooked to order, be prepared to wait for your food. To me it is worth it. I do think the customer service could be improved upon. I get the feeling that it’s a family that works here, and the kids don’t seem too happy about it.(On the plus side – always happy to support family owned and operated businesses.)

I am a huge fan of mediterranean food and have given Massis their fair share of tries, yet they never really come through in flavor or in service. Not a fan of their falafel I went with the salmon this time and not only was it overcooked, but also a small portion for the price. Not a fan of their veggies at all and I usually devour just about any kind of veggie, pass here. Service was slow and just not very friendly, who waits more than 15 minutes in a food court?!! Pass next time, the rice was also no good, under cooked and hard.

I literally crave their food. Their veggies and rice are SOOO good. The #13 is my favorite. It’s beef kabob with rice, pita bread, veggies, and a roasted tomato. The only thing missing is hummus, which you can buy for extra. But I’m a cheapo, I get full off of what it already comes with, and the meal is sooo good I don’t feel like I need hummus. The beef kabob is so juicy and the flavors of each item are just amazing. I’m not a big fan of coming to the mall, but I come to the mall sometimes JUST to eat here. Tip– Order before you are starving. They make the food as its ordered so you’ll probably have to wait 10 minutes for your food.

So good! The chicken kabob is so juicy and the flavor is not overpowering– just perfect! However, the beef kabob tasted a bit dry to me. The meat was too chewy. Gyro is pretty bomb! Love the pickled cabbage!

For a mall food court Kabob spot this place is pretty bomb. Prices are ok, not cheap but not overpriced.. I got the salad with chicken break and it was 8.something. It was a good Greek salad with kalamata olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and it had a pretty bomb dressing on the side. The only thing I would add is another breast. My one complaint is the time it takes to get your food. I’m not sure if there is a solution to this because of the kind of food you are eating but I wish there was. Maybe if they had some half cooked meat on deck. If you are looking for something healthy to eat then this is a definite good choice. Just keep in mind that you will wait a bit.

One of the better fares in the food court — but not worth the price. I was needing a lower carb food option and I was able to get the chicken kabob combo without rice. Sadly, the«extra veggies» was just a second portion of the cucumber and tomato salad that was drenched in salt. I did end up eating some pita, since they gave it to me anyways and it was unfortunately undercooked. The chicken itself was flavorful and tender, but since it was really the only thing I ate(all 5 small pieces) — the almost $ 9 price was definitely not worth it! Womp. Womp. Womp.

This place is so good and so surprisingly cheap, considering it’s located in Arcadia, in a shopping mall no less. Also it’s got one of the best and most inexpensive hummus around. The only thing is that when you do order hummus as a side, they don’t give you enough pita bread. Oftentimes there are hummus leftover. I usually like beef more than chicken, but found their ground chicken kebob is better than their beef kebab. I’ve also tried their swai fillet, and found tilapia is much better. Either way, great tasting and very affordable, so I recommend it if you like Mediterranean food.

I know the Massis Kabob name to be associated with good food. Usually. But this location is so disappointing. It all starts with what had to have been miscommunication. We wanted chicken koobideh and beef koobideh but ended up with chicken kabob and beef koobideh instead. When we went back to tell them about it, it was our fault. «You ordered this,» they said in a rude tone with a scowl. Blamed by not one, but two different people. Not nice.(Except for the lady who took our order. She was all smiles.) So we ate the food. Well most of it anyway. The koobideh was good but we didn’t want to get food poisoning from the RAW piece of chicken they served us.

The worst beef koubideh kebob I had in my life. Disgusting, elastic, not chewable meat wrapped in an old piece of bread… Lazy employees with frowning faces, they look like they hate their jobs.

I was hungry and walking through the food court. There there are the usual fare: Chinese food, pizza, chicken and fries, I almost caved in when I saw a popular burger joint already thinking of the ice cream shake I can order but my feet seemed to follow my sense of smell as they both directed me to Massis Kabob. The salmon kabob and Persian koubideh beef were my two top choices. In the end I chose the beef. It about 10 – 15 minutes for the food to be ready. That was fine by me, it means they cook as you order and it’s not been sitting under a heat lamp. When I finally got my tray, I saw that there was a lot of food. You get two pieces of beef that are about a foot long by an inch and a half. A mound of fluffy rice, around 4 pieces of pita bread cut into triangles, 2 pieces of roasted Serrano chiles and about a cup of the best cucumber salad ever. The beef was tender and juicy and bursting with flavor, not salty. So yummy, I was engrossed on my food that I didn’t hear my phone ringing. It was when I was finally sated that I saw I had a few missed calls. Lol. And I still had a lot of food left. I only ate I piece of the beef and half the rice. I ate all of the cucumber salad and the Serrano chiles though. I am definitely coming back to try the other items on the menu.

Since Elite Unilocaler Trina«Turkey» L. already wrote the exact review I was planning on posting, I will elaborate… «I stuffed my face…» ANDTHENSOME. Guys, shopping is extremely exhausting and takes a lot of energy. After an entire day of credit card swiping and dressing room hopping, I needed to REFUEL. I rarely find myself dining at mall food courts but the Arcadia Westfield has a pretty good selection. I wasn’t in the mood for Hot Dog on a Stick, Americanized-Japanese, or Noodle House so I decided to try THE O.G. Kabobery– Massis! I ordered the Salmon Kabob plate with a side of hummus and yogurt sauce. HOLYPLATTER… the plate was HUGE. I highly recommend sharing. The kabob came with FOURGIANT and tender pieces of salmon, more rice than any one person should ever eat, a few pieces of pita bread, a mountain of cucumber salad, an entire WHOLE grilled tomato, a grilled pepper, and a wedge of lime. Did I mention, my fatass ordered a side of yogurt and hummus too?! SOMUCHFOOD. The hummus was a little on the runny side so I wouldn’t recommend that, but everything else was SOLID. If you’re starving, Massis is the solution.
