ORDER: Milk tea flavored snow ice with aloe topping GOOD: + Atmosphere: Conveniently located on the bottom for of the mall by Sephora. There are a few tables and chairs nearby to eat at, but if you walk a bit more there’s benches. + Service: Generally normal/nice people. + Parking: mall private lot/struggle available. + Food: They layer your snow ice and toppings throughout so you don’t run out of toppings when you get near the bottom, which is cool. BAD: — Food: Way too sweet. I couldn’t taste any flavor other than sweet. Like pouring artificial sweetener directly into my throat. — Price: Too pricey for chemically sweet suffering. OVERALL: DIABETES in a cup. I really like snow ice and sooooo wanted to like this place. I wanted snow ice too desperately. I should’ve waited and gone elsewhere. If you like snow ice, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Disappointed:

This place is so bomb. Never had a crêpe before but this place is so elegant. They make their crepes with precision and determination. Asking for the customers preface of fruit and ice cream. The technique that they use to spread their batter is of the highest quality. Definitely recommend this place if you want to try something new and professional!

A NONO. Do not buy Crêpe from them. A girl who is new(I think) try to make mine, and she does not know anything! It is very thick, not a perfect circle; does not know how to squeeze the whipped cream, put the strawberries, and chocolate syrup. The cake is the frozen one from the grocery store. And it costs around $ 8 with tax. Too expensive for this quality!

My friend and I shared a green tea fluffy ice with red bean on top. HUGEMISTAKE! I expected them to serve fresh, nice and moist red bean. Instead we got the dry red bean that was covered in sugar. The fluffy ice itself wasn’t too bad but the red bean was such a big disappointment that we decided not to finish it. Not worth the calories after all.

Snow princess is cute name if it actually represented what shaved ice is suppose to be. I wasn’t to impressed with the display of the shaved ice. I compared it to fluff ice, which is much more true to its nature of what shaved ice should be. The portion size was great, but it melted way to fast before I can enjoy it. It tasted good as an ice cream scoop than what it suppose to be shaved ice. The staff was super friendly so that was the best part.

Had to see what the large line was all about, let’s just say I’m glad I joined the band wagon. The crêpe was delicious. I got myself the combo with the chocolate ice cream and strawberries. With the added cake slice to it. It was well made, it had no chance once I had the first bite. Check it out, service is quick and good. The guy that helped me recommended my choice, glad I listened. Check it out my friends!

Got mango ice with lychee jelly. Mango ice was way too sweet and it was just average. Not going back to get more. Kind of skeptical getting the crepes now

I’ve been here around 2 – 3 times and I LOVE their lychee shaved snow with lychee popping boba. A+++. I like sweet desserts and this wasn’t overwhelming like I thought it would be because of the double lychee flavor. The consistency of the shaved snow is very soft and smooth and the boba pops right in your mouth with the flavor. SOGOOD. Their portions are pretty reasonable too and worth the price because it always takes me a while to finish one of them. My friend once ordered one of their crepes and didn’t particularly like it because it kept melting through the bottom hole of the pancake. I’m not sure about their crepes because I’ve haven’t had the chance to try them but their shaved snow is as good as fluff ice’s.

We got a small yogurt snow with Oreo topping. The texture is smooth, icy, and creamy. The yogurt flavor is not sour. My daughter and I shared because the serving is quite large. My daughter told me to rate the taste as 5-stars.

First time trying fluff ice. Delicious! The cashier wasn’t that easygoing, but the guy who prepared the fluff ice for us was friendly! A small fluff ice was around $ 4, I got coffee flavored with oreo topping. It was bomb. Overall happy with the quality, 5 stars if the cashier was a little nicer.

The snow isn’t BAD, but the options are limited and strange. Grape shaved snow? BARF. My sister & I shared a medium green tea shaved snow. An order includes 1 topping. You can order more for an additional cost. Most of the toppings are different flavors of popping boba. BARF. I almost passed on my free topping, but we decided on aloe. Completely underwhelmed by the shaved snow… we decided not to finish it. Tossed it in the trash and we won’t be returning.

Located inside the Santa Anita mall near the new buffet that used to be Todai! I saw this place on Unilocal while searching up crepes on Unilocal in Arcadia and found this place. It looked really yummy and I wanted to try some and I finally got to! Snow Princess has a pretty decent selection of snow and crepes(sweet and savory). I got the ice-cream crêpe which includes your choice of 1 ice-cream and 1 fruit. I got green-tea ice-cream with strawberries. They also include whipped cream and chocolate syrup(you can ask to remove it if you’d like). I very much enjoyed my crêpe!(as did my boyfriend since we shared it) The crêpe is freshly made when you order it. When you hold it, you can still feel the heat a bit. The crêpe edges were a little crispy but it was still somewhat soft on the inside. They filled it up with a butt load of strawberries, which we didn’t expect it because we just saw 5 strawberries at the top and thought that was it but NOPE. They also filled it up with a lot of ice-cream, yummy~ Only ‘problem’ we had while eating it was when we started getting towards the bottom, the cream started melting and a mess starting happening! Not that big of a deal, just had to wash our hands after: P Also! I’d say the prices were pretty decent for what you get. Mines cost I think like $ 6.35 including tax. Pretty average for crepes I’d say. It was really yummy! I’m definitely going to get another crêpe from here when I go to the Santa Anita mall! ^____^

I don’t understand how a dessert place with the concept of having crepes and snow would not offer regular boba and condensed milk. Their choices only consists of different flavors of popping boba and jelly. They had a wide range of flavored snow which was weird because I would think they’d have the essentials/basics for the toppings… I’ve tried their crêpe before, I got strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and cheesecake in it. It was ok. I did like how you could tear crêpe holder as you ate more of it. I will not come back here for their shaved snow.

Princess Sesame Snow Princess is currently the only shop serving Shaved Snow Ice in the Santa Anita Plaza. Despite its popularity there’s still not too many shops that serve this type of Shaved Ice. The irony is with each new Shaved Ice Shop that opens the price is higher than its rival or cuts corners by offering less portions or toppings. This is just what this one did. Basically the price range is from $ 4 to $ 6 based on portion size, and only gives you one topping. Condensed Milk is not included by the way. Even though this is located in the mall to spend that much on dessert still felt overpriced. The thing that makes this one stand out over other Shaved Ice Shops is that they have this exotic ice flavor; Black Sesame. So darn good and highly recommend! Their topping selection is limited and doesn’t offer any fresh fruit, only jelly, popping boba, almond slices, and Oreo Cookies. They are located right next to Macy’s on the first floor. Other than Shaved Ice, they also serve Crepes and Sodas. If you have a craving for Shaved Ice and also happen to be in that mall then give them a try; just don’t try to compare them to Class 302 or other locations which would give you more bang for your buck. For sesame lover, this is one of very few placed offer that as shaved ice. Tips: Get the Sesame flavor if you want something stand out than your typical flavor, you won’t regret !

I have been looking forward to Snow Princess opening here since I saw the«MOVING» sign on their old venue in Hacienda Heights. And finally, it’s here! Snow Princess is next to Macy’s in front of Wet Seal. There isn’t room to sit except for the very few tables on the other side of the booth, but it’s okay! You can walk and eat it at the same time because the consistency is that thick. Since they just opened, the workers are not as familiar with everything and seemed to be fumbling around a bit. But they were incredibly nice! The menu is simple enough to read. There are 21 flavors on the menu: mango, strawberry, lychee, pineapple, peach, kiwi, grape, Japanese green tea, tofu pudding, black sesame, yogurt, red apple, green apple, coconut, milk tea, coffee, Holicks, Milo, Ovaltine, honeydew, and watermelon. The flavors are definitely widespread with some Asian flavors as well as some popular common fruit flavors. Each snow comes with one topping, and additional toppings are 50 cents. I ordered a small strawberry snow with strawberry popping boba, which came out to be $ 4.35 including tax. The price is a little more expensive than I would have liked it to be, but I do think it is worth it. The snow is much better than Fluff Ice, and even better than Salju. The consistency is a lot thicker and while it does melt in your mouth, it doesn’t immediately dissolve. Instead, it turns into texture similar to yogurt. The strawberry was very flavorful and I think it was made with real strawberries(there were seeds inside of the shaved snow!) It did get a little too sweet for me towards the end, but it definitely hit the spot for a cold treat on a hot day. The worker gave me sprinkles on top of the shaved snow, which I thought was odd, but I do like sprinkles so it wasn’t bad. I also liked the popping boba. Each one had a lot of juice in it. I do wish that the toppings could include real boba or fruit, but the toppings they have(popping boba, jelly, Oreo cookies, etc) aren’t bad. Along with snow, they have sweet and savory crepes(price varies but it is $ 4 and up) and drinks such as soda, Italian soda, and ice-cream floats. I think they are going to have a pretty successful business, especially since shaved snow has been getting more and more popular. I think another shaved snow is opening outside of the food court(Avalanche) which might give them some competition… If they had almond flavored shaved snow … that would be awesome: D definitely will be back to try the milk tea flavor!

What a sight to see it finally opened for business! I ordered a small lychee snow(3.99) with passion fruit popping boba. It tasted sweet and very good. Should have tried the milk tea one tho as I’m more use to that flavor. I also got a small coke cause I was thirsty. Nothing to comment really on a soda tho except it wasn’t flat which is good. The snow comes in three different sized«yogurt» cups. The guy working the register was new and it was his first day. He and the supervisor(?) was being very apologetic for the service which was nice. Good customer service :) Supervisor also made small talk. Told him how I lived in hacienda heights and I’ve been to their old location numerous times. I’m just very sad that they don’t sell the unique hot dogs here. He said they weren’t allowed to sell them but maybe that will change in the future… I hope so!

Yay! It’s finally opened! I never got the chance to try the original location in Hacienda Heights, but cold, sweet desserts are my weakness so it was only a matter of time before I try every shaved snow place out there. Snow Princess is located inside the Westfield Santa Anita, right outside of Wet Seal on Level one, Macy’s wing. $ 3.99 for a small, $ 4.99 for medium, and $ 5.99 for large. Each comes with a complimentary topping and additional toppings are $ 0.50. Their prices are a bit steep compared to other places around(Fluff, Salju, Blockheads), but they have the best black sesame shaved snow hands down. As shocking as it sounds, it almost tastes better than black sesame ice cream. The richness and flavor of the black sesame is just right for the smooth and silky texture of the snow. It’s not too sweet and not watered down. This might be a stretch, but the texture of the black sesame is comparable to the filling in Chinese glutinous rice balls. It’s not completely ground to paste, but the black sesame is just so fragrant and you can really see and taste the crushed black sesame. Very addicting! Also, they have a ton of different toppings ranging from fresh fruit to flavored popping boba. When you bite into the popping boba, juice comes popping out. Some of my favorites Lychee, Yogurt, and Passion Fruit popping boba. They don’t have condensed milk as a topping, which made me sad at first, but then I realized the shaved snow didn’t need any. It was very flavorful and just sweet enough. They also sell crepes! It’s so difficult finding the«right» black sesame flavored foods that I’m sure their other flavors are just as good. OK twist my arm, I might just have to try all their flavors.
