I would rate it a zero star if Unilocal gave that option simply because this shop is a total rip off. The products are available online at other retailers for a fraction of the cost. They are a total rip off. So I was completely ticked off by their unforgivable return policy when their items have such discrepancies between online pricing vs store prices. Can’t even return an item that was over charged by five times it’s online price when I opened the item even when it was a same day purchase and the receipt was unclear about it’s return policy — it simply said return within fifteen days for a refund, which did not mention the item had to be unopened. I was wrong in thinking that the Face Shop at Arcadia over charged five times the true value of their products so that their customers can return their items even if they opened them, tried them out and didn’t like them, but NO that is simply not the case. I bought their cc cream at $ 47, which is comparable in cost to high end department store brands, but unlike the department stores which allow opened items to be refunded, the Face Shop does not have such a customer friendly return policy even when their products are way over the board, nor do they spell their return policy out clearly on the receipts. This store is a typical phony, shady business existing to gouge the money out of customers. Stay away from this shady store!

The sales associate and manager all possess the same personality: they’re unknowledgeable, rude, and unapologetic. For anything that’s on sale, it’s final sale but the cashier didn’t mention it verbally to me. She also abandoned the register area without saying anything after the transaction was done. I wanted to return it a few hours later but they automatically just said no and got really hostile and defensive. It was only one sales associate helping me at first but a few minutes later, 3 sales associates were involved. I am a loyal customer of Face Shop in West Covina where the customer service is far superior. I also occasionally shop at the Monterey Park location and they are also nice and informative of sales. If you can’t go to the other locations of the Face Shop, it’s also readily available online and in stores at Urban Outfitters, eBay, and .

I can not tell how funking terrible it is. Bad quality and incredibility brand. I got a CC cream there and only use it once a day, just a little bit at every time. After 4 days it gone(no more available), I guess they sold me a tester and get back to them, they just ignored me, didn’t do anything even apologize. Such unprofessional service. It took me almost 50 dollars, $ 50 for 5 days? Fucking expensive. Unbelievable, this kind of thing happen in America. More than that, this kind of store still exist is ridiculous. Do not shop there in case be cheated.

So just started using«Korean» skin care products and so far so good! I highly recommend this store. Everything is affordable. Staff needs to be a little more educated but it’s cool I can read

The Face Shop is a KOREAN skincare store located in the Westfield Santa Anita mall. They sell skincare, makeup, hair care, and body care products. There are testers for each product for you to try out. This was my first visit to a Korean skincare store. I’ve been following the Korean skin product trend on Youtube and decided to come check out this Korean store for a few products. As a first-timer, the sales associates here were extremely helpful. They made it a point to understand my skin condition and made very helpful recommendations on the products. Some of the products doesn’t list in English what the use is for and what it benefits. Luckily, the sales associates were more than happy to answer all of my questions on many many many products. They were very respectful in allowing me to have space to shop around as well. I appreciated their honesty also when I came across products that we’re suitable for my skin type. I ended up picking up a charcoal cleansing sponge, charcoal black head nose strip, and the silicon eye mask. They even gave me a free face mask to take home(usually $ 2/each) to help moisturize my skin since it’s usually dry. I actually didn’t end up purchasing the items I originally came in for because they were all out of stock. They did take down my contact information and promise to notify me once the product came in. It seems like stocking is an issue here because they only get replenished every 3 weeks or so and the store associates were uncertain as to when that’ll happen. It’s probably because of the international shipping. A lot of their items are on Amazon Prime so I would order it there if you’re out of your essentials and need it urgently :). I’m sure a lot of you are also new comers to the Korean skincare fad. As I try new products, I’ll try to post reviews here. Let’s give Korean products a chance together, haha. PRODUCTREVIEW: [Charcoal Nose Strip]: This is probably the best nose strip I have ever tried!!! I’ll definitely be buying this product on a regular basis. There is so much product on the strip. It clung to my nose really tightly when it dried and I had to peel it off slowly so it wouldn’t hurt. But, DAMN did it get everything off. I also have dry sensitive skin and this product didn’t agitate my skin. Be sure to use something to moisturize your nose afterwards. It’s about $ 1 each. [Charcoal Konjac Sponge]: Considering this was $ 6, this product is alright and I will look into more affordable alternatives. This sponge is made of some plant root and it’s suppose to be infused with Charcoal to help clean pores. For people with sensitive skin, the sponge is very gentle so it’s probably better than using your bare hands. It’s also all organic so it decreases your chances of having any type of reaction. However, after I used it to clean my makeup, I used a make up wipe afterwards and found a significant amount of make up leftover. It’s not a cheap sponge so maybe find something like this for sensitive skin but for a lower price point. It also only lasts 1 month. [Collagen Eye Mask]- Honestly, I don’t see much of a difference after using these eye mask. They were $ 3 each which is pretty pricey and I expected a drastic difference. I won’t be purchasing this again. [Shea Butter Mask]- It’s very heavily scented. I have sensitive skin so it stung a little when I put it on at first. I didn’t think it was that moisturizing either. I won’t be re-using this. They’re usually $ 2 each.

Love this place! It’s so cute, products are awesome and customer service is really good. I went in today and even though they were closing the sales rep(Kayleigh) did not rush my purchase nor did she make me feel unwelcome. In fact her exact words were«don’t worry about the time. Take your time and look around». She was also very helpful. Once again, I love this place and their customer service!

The product: I’ve been using The face shop brand for almost 4 years and I’ve never changed since then. Their products fit my skin very well. They have wide variety of products for every skin type. I used to use western product, but my skin condition did not improve. So I decided to use Korean products because I saw most of my Korean friends have smooth skin! The service: I love patricia Kim! She is the best and very knowledgable in her field. Talked to her almost an hour about my skin and she gave HONEST recommendations for my skin condition. So far, I lover her recommendations and they do improve my skin condition. I’ve been shopping in other face shop locations: K-town and westcovina area. So far, she is the best out of everyone I met in face shop. Go talk to her if you really want to improve your skin condition. The price: They have wide range of prices. Depends on what your skin need. But most of their products have very reasonable prices.

I love this store! Its quite small and quaint but it carries a great selection of skincare and makeup products. This place is always nice and clean and organized with a great refreshing ambiance. Located across from Solstice at the Santa Anita mall! Their skincare items such as moisturizers and toners are pretty reasonably priced considering they were imported. Masks are generally $ 2 a sheet and they have a HUGE assortment of flavors to choose from. Definitely ask a store associate for advice if you are confused about anything! They are super sweet and aren’t annoyingly pushy or anything at all :) I’m docking off a star because for some reason they are always out of stock of the things I want! And then it takes up to maybe 3 weeks before they are able to restock their items :(boo. Gotta stock up! If you like their Facebook page you can get a free mask! They also post all their deals and promotions on their Facebook and Instagram and they seem to have something different all the time(I think they change it up biweekly) so make sure you follow their social media!

Came in here to get a gift for a friend and thought I might as well get something for myself. I literally know nothing about skin care, and when I approached Kayleigh(cashier), she was MORETHANHELPFULL! She was very nice and knowledgeable. When I told her my skin problems, she knew immediately which products for me to use and explained INDEPTH how it helps. THATSTHEBESTPART! She’s not those typical sales ppl that want to sell u the most expensive product they have. She explains what this product does and probes more about your skin so she can offer you the best fitting solution. She knows her shit! And I’m definitely sure the other employees do too, I just happened to get her. All in all the products are nice and well priced. If you have skin problem, just ask the super nice employees, they’re so helpful I’ve learned so much. Definitely coming back. Cheers to Face Shop and Kayleigh!

The girlfriend wanted me to take her here so that she could browse the face products that they had. At the time, there was a deal where if you buy 10 masks(about $ 2/mask), you get 5 free. Not a bad deal if you ask me. There was also a 20% discount on certain products. The staff was knowledgable about the products and had recommendations based on the condition of skin that my girlfriend had, as there were different products for different skins(dry, oily, etc). They gave plenty of samples when we paid for the products that we bought. If you sign up with their birthday program, you can get a free gift on your birthday

I’m a regular here but I don’t know the service was sub par. I went close to closing time on a Tuesday night. The owner was pretty bad at running the cash register and the other sales associate didn’t answer any of my questions or seemed happy to be there. I had to wait an extra five min because they couldn’t run my card. Then the found out how to and never apologized for the inconvience. I don’t know maybe it was just the day I came but I really wanted to leave asap…

Shop assistants were very friendly! I bought some eyeshadow brushes and the brushes are of good quality. You also get a bunch of free samples with your order, so that is a bonus =).

There was a promo for the Lunar New Year, and my coupon was for one free Real Natural mask(originally $ 2) with a purchase. I got the White Mud Nose Pack($ 8), a white thick cream you’d apply to ur nose area that’ll dry and peel off. I can’t attest to the quality of the solution just yet, but the associate that helped me was great! My receipt says that her name is Sabrina, but it could’ve been another associate logged into the system. but she was super informative and knew a lot about the products, and what to recommend for my skin type(oily/combo). Will definitely be coming back for lotions/face washes! I’ve heard of The Face Shop in the east coast and so glad they opened one here.

The Face Shop is fairly new to Westfield Santa Anita. As I was walking by, I noticed they sold sheet masks so I stopped in. Their sheets masks vary from $ 2+. I picked up 3 that trip and immediately went back to purchase more. My favorite was the green tea mask. The workers were extremely knowledgable in their product and the service customers above and beyond. They acknowledge and familiarize every customer that walks in. I want to take this time and acknowledge one of the Beauty Advisors, Lupita, for her follow through and sending me an e-mail when the green tea mask sheet was back in stock. Without asking for a follow up, she used my membership information to acquire my e-mail. This is outstanding customer service. I will defintely return.
