I had the chance to try this place at a MILK+T sampling event, and the musubis totally KILLEDIT! I actually am not sure which flavors I tried, but all of them were amazing, and the fact that What Floats Ur Boat showed up to the MILK+T place to support and provide free food seemed pretty legit and generous. Can’t wait to get another chance to try these, will definitely be looking for them at the next 626 night market!

Tried their«Poke Me» at a Milk+T tasting event and I found myself wandering back to the booth for more. I’m really picky with my sushi and What Floats Ur Boat was extremely satisfying. Hot Cheetos and poke, need I say more!!!

This is a food vendor at the 626 Night Market— Judging by the never ending looooong line at this booth, I just had to try. They offer 3 different musubis(rice balls) and they are out of this world!!! The«Poke Me» is a Salmon Poke which has sprinkles of Flamin Hot Cheetos on top. OMG, my favorite! The«Full of Bulgogi» is like a KBBQ in a rice ball– delish! Finally the«EDM» get this … Epic Duck Musubi taste like duck I’ve had in Asia!!! BTW great play on words!!! All 3 Musubis come in a cute plastic boat which I used the entire night as my plate to sample great food. They have high energy in the booth as you get to ring the ship bell when you order a boat and the staff yells out«boat»!!! You can’t miss their booth as the huge sign is the shape of sail with great graphics and design!!! Congratulations as they put it ALL together and we wish them well!!!

Came to this booth at the 626 night market and ordered 3 of the poke musubis with flaming hot Cheetos. Being from Hawaii I had to try the poke and have to say it was pretty damn good. A lot of the spicy ahi poke in California is bad quality tuna that isn’t chunky and instead is mashed up into a paste like consistency which I really dislike. This poke was very chunky just like the poke in Hawaii. The musubi was topped with sriracha mayo and flaming hot Cheetos which I loved. Although I should mention that flaming hot Cheetos, sriracha and poke are all my favorite foods so I may be biased lol. The only negative thing I have to say is that the wait was really long because they ran out of rice and had to cook a whole new batch. There was a large group of us waiting for at least 30 minutes for the rice to cook. They had multiple rice cookers but they started them all at the same time so they all ran out at the same time. I would suggest alternating rice cookers so that you always have a fresh batch of rice… and maybe get more rice cookers haha.
