A bit on the expensive side, but worth it! GREAT service, fast delivery, and the customer service people really care that you are happy with you bed. A great experience. You get what you pay for. Very pleased. Remember: all sales are final, but they tell you this when you buy.

They ROCK!!! They have great customer service. It’s awesome that they only sell mattresses. They were super knowledgeable and really nice. Walked in that day and got to sleep on the mattress that night, which helped out a lot because i am a student going to HSU.

I bought a mattress from this store on super bowl sunday. The delivery was set for Tuesday evening. I went into the store the next day because I changed my mind, and wanted to stop delivery, and cancel the sale. I was told all sales are final, no matter what, and that the sales person didnt have any control over it, and I needed to talk to the owner. she was supposed to give me a call later that day, but she never did. The next day, Tuesday, I went into the store to return the mattress protector that I had also purchased. The owner was waiting for me, already fuming. I didnt even have to tell her who I was, she just knew it as I carried the sales slip in my hand. She was very rude, told me all sales are final, I said I hadn’t even taken delivery of it yet, then she said that she wanted $$ because of the credit card charge. I said that I would try to have American Express waive the fee if I could, so got on the phone with them, and she was just fuming even more. The owner was also complaining that she would get charged for giving me a credit on the card, but I had the customer support person on the phone, and asked if that was true, and she told me that there is no charge to credit swipe, but this owner would not believe me, and insisted on writing me a check. AMX was going to credit me for the fees, so it was OK with her writing me a check. She didnt even know what the fees were going to be. She started writing me a check, and then closed the checkbook, slid it across her desk, and told me to GET OUT of her store. The AMX customer support person could here all this, and could not believe this woman is in business, niether can I.
If you want to get a mattress, I suggest do not purchase from this place, it is not worth it. There are other places in town, that treat their customers so much better. I give ZERO starrs on this business, but had to give at least one star to write this review!
