I love coming to this little shop! I stop by every time I go into town. The ladies that work here are very sweet and helpful. I could easily spend an hour in here admiring all of the knick knacks. I love their beautiful selection of cards and journals. The prices are a bit steep but worth every penny!

When you walk in it’s like traveling. Beautiful textiles, books you’ve never read, mermaid statues, jewelry you’ve never seen before. It’s like a mini portal out Arcata to Indonesia or India. We are lucky to have this little gem in our lil rural town. If you are looking for something different, that special gift for your best friend, you will find it here. Promise.

You gotta love arcata for little shops like this. Just wondered in here the other day and ended up spending an hour looking at all the beautiful items they have for sale. What a unique shop! You can definitely find beautiful & special gifts for everyone you know here. Definitely worth checking out & the costumer service was great. The cashier girl Katie was very knowledgable & treated me like a friend. Will definitely be returning :)

I am so glad that I decided to stop here on my last day visiting the area. The store is filled with gorgeous and unique items. I went a little crazy with my shopping in the store, buying gifts for my mom, my niece, my new great-​nephew, and of course plenty for me. I bought some art pieces that look great in my bedroom and I didn’t have to frame because the art is set on a board with a ribbon hanger (see photos). There is a really cute baby section with adorable hats, clothes, fun books, and blankets. Katie, the owner’s daughter, was working the day I visited the store and she was very helpful and sweet. She helped me pick out some gifts for family and wrapped the gifts beautifully (see photo of baby gift). She was very patient with my indecisiveness because I wanted to buy the whole store and changed my mind quite a few times on what I wanted to buy. As a whole, the store has very cool and some local artwork/​photography, pretty jewelry, scarves, bags, candles, journals, and in a wide variety of styles and price points. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the uniqueness and quality of the items. Whoever picks out the items they sell has great taste… think of a non-​corporate, warmer, more bohemian Anthropologie. The store has a very friendly and fun vibe to it and I’d definitely go back next time I’m in Arcata. I left with a bag full of pretty and special gifts for myself and my loved ones.
