I came on 12/26/15:@3:44pm in afternoon. everything was empty, my husband and I thought it was going out of business. Older women was trying to restock napkin holders. Place was clean but empty… Sandwich needed to be hotter. Definitely prefer a different location.

Must be a coincidence, but this Firehouse Subs & the one in Hendersonville seem eerily alike as far as service & attitude of the staff. They appear not to want you there for some reason. They act as if you’re interrupting something by placing your order. They got my sub wrong by adding mayonnaise & leaving-off mustard. I didn’t realize the error until I got home to eat. As for me, I won’t interrupt them again, trust me…

This is our 2^nd visit to Firehouse Subs and we’ve enjoyed the sandwiches but the customer services is lacking. The first time we ordered online for pick up and still ended up waiting for half an hour even though I arrive at the time given. This time I walked in and stood in front of the order counter while she carried on with her conversation. I had to ask if I was in the right spot before she took my order… I certainly felt welcomed…
