This store is amazing! I never knew it even existed until I decided to explore Suburban Square the other day.
When I stepped inside, the employees were very friendly and greeted me right away. There was a major sale going on, which is a huge plus. I love how the high heels have special comfort technology – I wasn’t expecting to notice that much of a difference, but I definitely did.
When I found a pair of shoes I wanted to try on, the staff brought me the size I asked for, the same shoes in a half size up and a half size down, and two other pairs of shoes that were a similar style or color. That is awesome customer service right there!
I walked out of here with a huge smile. How could you not when the staff is so nice and you’re carrying a pair of purple suede pumps?
