Very good mediterranian food — tabouleh, hummus, etc. Take-out only, but slightly cheaper than nearby Hummus Grill.

The only reason I gave this place two stars is because the owner was really nice. The food, on the other hand, was an amazing disappointment. My daughter complained about her chicken so much I tried it and it went in the trash can. She was right! The dolmas were not good, the soup was bland(better when I added a ton of salt) and the tabbouleh was flavorless. We doctored it with lemon and a few other things. I do not know how they won best of main line. I eat a lot of Mediterranean food and I would never come back here with one caveat– the baba ghanouj was good. The good comments I see here are about the fries and I would not come to a Mediterranean restaurant for fries.

Best tzatziki sauce I have ever had! My favorites on the Menu: Cajun fries, Filet mignon kebab sandwich.

Great option for delivery. Usually get the Adana and chicken kabab platter. We’ve ordered from them over 10 – 12 times and the quality of the food is consistently good(in fact we’ve noticed that the last couple of times that the kebabs have been more flavorful than before which is a big plus). You get a ton of food with each order(2 kebabs, a pita, rice with chickpeas, and a grilled pepper, and side of Greek salad). Only thing I would want them to add are a grilled tomato, zucchini or eggplant, and purple onion. Highly recommend.

Food has been great from my experience. The service, however, is a pain. I called yesterday, and it took 8 rings for anyone to pick up the phone. I was put on «hold»(someone just put the phone down on the counter) for about 6 minutes while I listened to the staff on the other end casually chat with other customers. The staff was not taking any more orders, they could have waited on me, but left me waiting. Also, the restaurant changes their hours for summer when the local schools are closed, and doesn’t update their website to reflect the new hours. Then, when school resumes(like it did about 3 weeks ago) they do not re-adjust the hours back to normal hours. Terrible service, terrible upkeep and bad information on their website(and here on Unilocal, too — hours are wrong.) Terrible hours — 4PM-9PM really?

Descent place for something a little different. The have all the standard pizza joint fare(steaks, fries, wings, etc), but their focus is Mediterranean/Greek food. I ordered boneless wings as a starter. They were small, but OK. Also had the Adana Kebab(ground beef and lamb). It was pretty good, very spicy. Tried the spanakpopita and cigar rolls too. Both were OK. I did think the lentil soup was really good. All in all, it’s a nice change up from the standard pizza place.

Best hummus in the area! The vegetable spring rolls are amazing too! I’m not really a big meat-eater but I LOVE the kebabs here! Overall great food-you’re bound to get something delicious no matter what you order.

Biggest rip-off on Main-Line On the wintery night we walked in and ordered 30 wings to be delivered to my house. I really didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. They said no problem delivery charge is only $ 2. Great, I thought. I paid for the wings and delivery. I ordered my wings asking specifically is the blue cheese sauce and celery included? The young woman said yes, of course When half an hour later the young man arrived after receiving his tip he said we owe him money? Excuse me, I said? I have paid at the restaurant. «That’s not what they told me.» Oh lord, now u have to explain myself. Already started losing my appetite We opened the box. No celery. Carrots instead. Wait a minute. Didn’t I asked at the restaurant about the celery??? Of course I did. I called the restaurant to hear owner in unapologetic tone to tell me they ran out! That’s it. I wish someone had told me. I like celery with wings! The wings were cold) I mean icy cold! And the smallest I’ve seen! To wrap it up… Never again will I order from this place. $ 30 dollars worth of wings didn’t even fill a small bowl. Embarrassing!!! Such rip-off

I love Grape Leaves Grille! It is one of the most consistently good restaurants of the Main Line. The combo platters(come with rice, and a soup or salad) are an amazing value. The red lentil soup is fantastic! The salads like Tabouleh are large even for the«side» portion and are very well prepared. This is even my go to spot for great wings! While this place is mostly for takeout, I have eaten at the one inside table. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

It was OK. I had the filet mignon shish kebab sandwich in the pita with fries combo. For what it could’ve been, it was a decent amount of food at the right price(includes a can of pop) The beef was cooked nicely about medium well but just had no taste. No marinade and very little seasoning. Almost just like the spot Firinji on Lancaster ave with their no-taste-having meat. The veggies and sauce in the pita were tasty but I probably won’t have this again. I may go back and try something else. I did ask for the Old Bay seasoning on my fries but they overdid it. Just a little bit please! Y’all got my car smelling like Old Bay now…

New to this restaurant, which appears to be mostly a take out business as there is only a single, small table for two in the establishment. I ordered the chicken kebab sandwich which was super tasty and had the Mediterranean combo as a app. The food was quickly prepared and the staff was friendly. The spanakopita had a bit too much feta in it(it was overpowering) but overall, I was satisfied with the food. Would recommend it and go back again.

Wow – these folks knocked it out of the park! We were looking for some place different for take out last week. The children got sandwiches which they raved about – honey mustard chicken wraps. My husband and I ordered chicken kebabs and the Adana kebab,(fresh beef and lamb flavored with fresh red bell peppers, gently spiced and grilled.) All of the meats were tender, juicy and flavorful. The beauty of this place, is that in addition to all of the Mediterranean dishes, they have the garden variety cheesesteaks, wings, wraps and even a kids meal! Great for a family that can’t decide what they want! Try it, you’ll be glad you did!

This is one of the best lunch options in Ardmore(I work down the street). I regularly order one of the mini kebabs(gluten free!) — filet mignon, falafel, chicken, or adana are all good — it comes with a chickpea, carrot, tomato, onion salad and rice. Give this place a try! The owner is a nice guy, so stop and chat if you have time. If not, their delivery is reliable as well.

It’s okay here. It’s essentially a pizza joint that specializes in the Mediterranean part of the menu. The falafel sandwiches are about as Americanized as it gets – it’s a street vendor gyro with falafel instead of the meat blend. Overall though, the food was very nicely prepared. I probably wont go back, but I wouldn’t advise people not to go either.

We’ve only ordered once but I’m a fan already for sure. We ordered the chicken and ground beef kebab. It came with rice pilaf, pitas and a greek salad. The chicken was completely amazing. as was the rice pilaf. the pita was nice and thick and fresh tasting. The ground beef we weren’t crazy about but will definitely be ordering the chicken kebab again! They were friendly and polite and the order was delivered completely correctly. They also do some«american» foods so we got a quesadilla for the kids. They don’t have online ordering which would be a nice perk but the person taking my order over the phone was just fine so I won’t mind calling again. Definitely go here before going to Firinji if you want a good kebab!

Simply the BEST place in the area to get Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. The quality is excellent and everything is made from scratch with high quality ingredients. The filet mignon for the Shish Kebab is 95−98% lean for those that are watching their health and there is chicken and salmon available and also highly recommended. The meats are Halal(think Kosher). After searching everywhere for good hummus and shish kebab I was VERYHAPPY to discover this gem right in my backyard! I always order the Filet Mignon Shish Kebab, the Chicken Kebab and the Middle Eastern Combo appetizer which includes Hummus, Grape Leaves, Baba Ghanouj & Piyaz served with two warm, fresh Pita. The filet was tender, juicy and cooked to a perfect medium and almost melted in my mouth. The chicken kebab was also very tender, tasty, juicy and not dried out or overcooked. The Greek Salad(you can have the Kebab Platter with either Greek Salad or Lentil Soup) was delicious with fresh chunks of feta and and a tasty oil and vinegar dressing. My favorite way to eat the platter is to wrap some chunks of filet or chicken in the warm pita bread along with some of the Greek Salad, a little rice pilaf, some of the freshly prepared hummus and finally a generous helping of the tzatziki sauce and eat it as a kebab sandwich! Delicious. Finally the owner RJ is extremely friendly and like my brother from another mother and he exactly remembers what I like and all the other little extras that will keep me coming back again and again in the future. In my next review I will talk about some of the American food offerings like their wings and burgers which are also excellent. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! We order take-out and delivery from there often. Love the hummus, and chicken kebab especially. Delivery is always right on-time from the time they estimate. Their American-style food is also very good, we might order wings from there for our next party. The owner and staff are extremely friendly. Nice variety of food, I would highly recommend it!

Since the change in ownership, I’ve been quite impressed by the quality of the food. I usually walk over for some take out, and the food only takes 10 – 15 minutes to be prepared. My personal favorite are the salads. You get quite a bit of salad for $ 7!

A co-worker and I ordered lunch from here today. It took about 45 minutes to arrive, although the delivery guy was nice enough. I had a chicken quasidilla with sour cream, but everything was just slightly off. The sour cream was almost liquid, like it was extremely whipped instead of being more solid while the chicken tasted a tad off. I probably wouldn’t avoid it but it wouldn’t be my first choice for take out.
