My Oreck Store

I have two vacuum cleaners: an Oreck upright and Hoover canister model. Both needed a lot of TLC.
My first favorable impression was when I pulled up outside the My Oreck store on Greenfield Avenue and David Petner, the Store Manager, came out and brought both machines inside himself.
After I described what I felt needed to be repaired, David listened and understood what needed to be done. He basically took them both apart, did a thorough diagnostic assessment, and fixed everything, honoring my warrantees and got them back to me in a short amount of time. He made them like new. He even cleaned them!
David Petner was pleasant, helpful, engaged and thoroughly professional. Both machines work like a dream.
Oreck makes a great product, but just as important, they have a great representative in David. He should be giving seminars on customer service, not just for appliance repairs, but for any business. Oreck is very lucky to have him on their team.
