Previously they had great customer service. Today it is horrible! Rude and extremely unprofessional. Also, elevator is a huge danger hazard, it closes within seconds. Which is ridiculous considering people move heavy objects at times and the security asks for pin within seconds too.

It started out with two cars full of my belongings after a break up. Now I mainly use my storage unit to hold my eBay inventory and closet overflow. This place seems the safest of all the storage facilities given the area.
I got a unit on the second level which isn’t an issue because there is an abundance of dollies. Units are indoors so it’s cleaner. It’s a little creepy coming here alone when it’s already dark out. There are surveillance cameras so I feel a little better, but I’m always walking around this place with my arms up ready to put up a fight.
