I lost my keys to the storage and RIGO has been exceptional in returning my calls and helping me get a new lock. i totally recommend public storage

Unfortunately, worst customer service at this location from a female employee whose name I did not get. And this after several years of paying on time and adhering to my contract. Supervisor Claire in PS Santa Clarita office non responsive to two phone call messages. Moved my storage to AA Universal Storage, North Hollywood, where I had excellent service for many years even with personnel changes. I continue to discourage friends from using Public Storage or at least this location.
