This shop is convenient, ice cream good BR quality, fresh donuts and bagels, great DD coffee. Ordinarily I’d rate this shop a 4 star. But my last several customer experiences here have been poor. I can go 2 miles in the opposite direction and get the same product and from now on I will. The management and staff have an attitude that the customer has interrupted their day and we’d better be quick about the interruption. My expectations are really not that high: a greeting, no rolling of eyes, no blaming the other customers when they are out of stock, and a simple thank you. Can’t get that here. So after repeated tries I’m taking my business elsewhere.
