We’ve continued to use this company for our septic service, and they do a good job.(3 Stars on Unilocal = «A=OK»). We had them come out again in 2014 for a routine cleaning, and the tech was concerned about a drainfield failure because our tank was full to the very top. However, it turned out that it was just a clogged filter which he cleaned for no charge and everything worked great. My only suggestion for improvement is not really about the service, because we really like these guys and continue to use them for their quality work… but instead, just on making sure to keep the language clean when they are on the job site. Most people probably wouldn’t want their kids to pick up any new lingo! :) Again, there’s nothing in their level of service that would deter us from using these guys again(which we do), and we’ve also referred them to friends.

ACEACME workers were completely unprofessional. When the septic pump operator came out, he was in a huge hurry because he was covering for another driver. He pumped(most) of the tank out and experienced a blocked hose. He was cursing and upset. He looked at me and said«sorry dude, someone else is going to have to come by and finish pumping your tank.»(Evidently he was in to big of a hurry to satisfy this customer). They charged me over & $ 1700 for basically telling me I had a line blocked and only 5 feet of another line clear near the D box. The driver looked at me and said, «We are spinning our wheels here. I don’t know what he(the other guy) is doing». I will never do business with these folks again. My business now will be with Tri-County Septic. 1. Not professional– Driver was ill-tempered and careless. He cared more about getting to the next job that completing pumping my tank. No follow up. 2. Shoddy work– They suggested«repairing a drainfield by digging dimensions not covered by any septic system model. They also suggested using styrofoam peanuts which are compressible and not to code.(They wanted to save money on infiltrators or gravel). A drain field should not be a swath 10’X20’ as they suggested. It should be 3′ wide trenches, or similar for proper filtration of effluent. 3. Expensive for performing«work» on a system that they couldn’t jet, vac, etc. They could have given a break because the system was broken. They couldn’t perform the work that I hired them to do but yet still charged me full retail. 4. Disorganized– The pump operator wasn’t aware he was supposed to pump the tank. He was just there to vac out enough to inspect the system. Despite the fact I paid in advance for it. He started to leave and I quickly ran after him and asked if he could pump the tank.
