I have been a customer for about 16 years & in-​laws have been for many more in which we have always received outstanding service from all members of the Crutchfield staff. Do not feel like I’m just a number there in this fast-​paced, uncaring corporate world.

Rest assured — you can rely on Tom and Randy Crutchfield for only two things: unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. When we were in the process of closing on the sale of our home and needed guidance and protection more than ever, the Crutchfields left us high and dry. Not only did they neglect to give us crucial advice which left our house uninsured, but they refused to write a new policy to continue our coverage when we desperately needed it because Tom was afraid it would harm their reputation. To make matters worse, Tom was extremely rude and lectured me about consumers blaming insurance companies for their problems. THEN he neglected to udpate our address, and an extremely important check was sent to the wrong address. Allstate Corporate, however, has always been very helpful and reliable. This is a statement only against the Crutchfield Agency. Stay far, far away.
