I Love this store. Love Bebe — all my clothes is from this line. The manager Darin is great and very friendly. I don’t really like the other manager Stephanie, she can be quite rude and arrogant.

Anyone and everyone who knows me, knows that bebe is my most favorite clothing line on the entire planet. 25% of my wardrobe (if not more) is from bebe. That being said, I love the line… I hate this store.
First, the employees do not know what the hell is on the floor and do not know anything about the line. If I walk in and ask «do you have that new red cheetah print dress from the bebe addiction line» you better damn well know what the hell it is I’m talking about. I worked retail… you know the line or you don’t sell.
Their shipments come in every Wednesday yet somehow the merchandise doesn’t make it onto the floor until Fridays. Shopping on a Friday is not my cup of tea, so no thanks. The plus side, however, is that when I do come in on a Friday the sales staff are helpful in gathering up as many dresses as possible for me to try on so kudos to them.
Minus kudos for the fact that when I buy things online (as I normally now since, as you can tell, the merchandise availability isn’t all that stellar) and need to return them, the staff takes FOREVER to process the return and won’t let me return it until I’ve at least spent 30 seconds looking around or trying to guilt me into keeping the lace booties. Just process that shit and move on. It has honestly gotten to the point where I stopped shopping here completely due to the incompetence of the staff and lack of merchandise availability.
Shop online. So much easier.

Great little store with ultra hip fashion. The store clerks are helpful, but I found I had to approach them first. It is nice sometimes to not be molested, but on this one particular day I had to wait around for a few minutes since there were many customers.
