I like Braums ice cream my favorite is chocolate chip. I usually get the one dip sundae sometime 2 dips. This location is a good store the service is good but it could be a little better. The store is clean with plenty of seating. They have food but I only get the ice cream. And they have a small grocery store which is unique to Braums stores. You can buy milk, eggs and a lot of other items there at the restaurant. Back to the ice cream like I said very good as good as Blue Bell. You have plenty of flavors to choose from. And you can get them all sorts of ways. The price is good and the serving is a good size. The sundae comes with almonds but if you change to pecans they will charge you for no reason. That is wrong the nuts cost the same. That is a rip off and not good service.

I’ve been a fan of Braums for many more years than I want to admit to at this time. I’ve always loved their ice cream and market. This location though has had a lot of service issues lately. Even the management does not give the service that you’d expect. Pet peeve of mine is they charge .25 for pecans to put on your Sunday but will not take anything off the price when I do not want the almonds. We brought this up to the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders. I know that is a corporate thing but at least fake empathy. Ice cream — 4 stars Service — 2 stars Averages to 3 stars.

I like Braums a lot. Some of that is sentimental, my father brought me to this location often when I was a child, but it still holds up all of these years later. The ice cream is great, and it is hard to find a place that makes a good malt these days. The burgers and fries are not as good as the ice cream, but they are still acceptable. If you haven’t been in a while, you should try it again, the burgers have gotten better I think. Not someplace I would go to alone, but it is a great place to eat with friends and family.

Alright y’all. I walked in here and was blown away. Not because of the ice cream, no(ew I don’t even really like ice cream). I was blown away by the HUGEGLUTEN-FREESECTION! What? Yes. I knew that Braums sold some groceries, but seriously. Their gluten-free section is like… more comprehensive than what you’ll find at Kroger. Tons of Udi’s products(muffins, DONUTS, frozen pizzas and breads, granola, etc.), Vans GF waffles in different flavors, Amy’s frozen meals, and a ton of Glutino products(pop tarts, crackers, cookies, flour mixes, etc.). All very nice and convenient and cheaper than what I’ve seen anywhere else. I’m totally going to come here all the time for GF stuffs! Other than thaaaaat, the little grocery store has all your basic needs at a good price. Cheese, milk, produce, some meats, chips and snacks, and so on. The biz itself is very clean and seems to be well stocked and organized. Also, the staff(mostly 18 – 24 year olds, it appears), were all super amicable and on top of everything. I’m not a big Braums visitor, so I didn’t realize how much stuff is on their menu. It’s like any other fast food place but with a ton of delicious desserts: malts, shakes, a thousand ice creams, hot fudge brownie caramel sundaes, frozen yogurt, candy bar dessert-y things… So many choices. Then of course there are all these different hamburgers and french fries and breakfast sandwiches and hash browns and oatmeal. You could just eat at Braums all day every day. I’ll definitely be back to buy GF things :)

The cherry limeade sherbet is always great this time of the year! We splurged and had single scoop hot fudge sundaes since we spent the day in Dallas! Had a hot fudge with a single scoop of butter pecan ice cream and pecans on top. So good.

I was curious to try this ice cream spot, I had no idea they had burgers or an inside store too! I had the fudge brownie sundae and omg it was great! Not to mention the prices are great as well, I’m used to Dairy Queen charging crazy prices for a «nice» ice cream. I will not be back to a DQ… This is the place for me!

Maybe I am busting the chops of this otherwise generic location over a narrow issue, but when I asked for milk with a later freshness date than what was on the shelf, the clerk brusquely informed me that«we can’t put that out yet.» Fortunately there was another Braums on my way home where the attendant cheerfully gave me what I asked for. On the plus side, Braums milk, wherever the outlet, is superior to and stays fresh loner than all other brands.

Want to see the biggest smiles… Yes these smiles tell it all!!! The ice cream is extraordinary! The scoops are huge!!! And they guarantee no calories until the next day…(Just kidding) This location has a nice outdoor space, and the inside is well kept. The small store is stocked and has several sales, worth taking a look at. The opportunity for this location is in staff development. They knew nothing about salesmanship or their products. When asked about the ice-creams, the most common answer was, «I haven’t tried it», when not replaced by, «I don’t like…» Ice-Cream — 4 stars Store /Facilities — 3 stars Staff — 2 stars(I am in a generous mood)

Y’know, I kinda forget about Braums, since I’ve been going to them for a long time, but not that often, probably less than once a month. However, gotta be honest and say they make one helluva bacon cheeseburger, one of the best really. There are a few better, but a whole bunch that are worse. Frozen crinkle cut fries are still pretty good, but the third pound burgers are huge, and usually taste pretty fresh. The tomatos and lettuce especially. I’ve gotten the soft serve mixes on occasion, and this location usually does better than the last DQ Blizzard I had. Can’t remember the last time I had a bad burger at this location, or any others.
