Cascade Radiology

Had work done at Cascade Vally Hospital on 12/​31/​2010. Two insurances. I kept getting statements with a balance. I called on 5÷3÷2011 and spoke to Jenna who said she would get it corrected. The second insurance had not been billed. I received another statement in latter part of May. I called on 5÷26÷2011 9:18am and they said they would take care of it. Now today 11÷1÷2011 I get a call from a collection agency threatening me to pay it. So I call back speak to Ashley who starts to blow me off and had to speak to Kim to care of this. Kim admitted that they did not bill the second insurance. The dude at the collection agency was threatening me that this would hurt my credit.
Stay away from this guys and stay away from Cascade Valley Hospital who uses this guys.
