They are always professional and to the point which I love. They try their best to save you some money if at all possible. Some of the newer staff not as smiley as the ones that have been there a long time. Usually they are awesome about calling to check on your animal after a teeth clean or surgery. Haven’t heard from them this time yet but sure they will call. My dogs hate the vet office but I feel confident they are taken good care of.

While I appreciate this practice cooperating with the Arlington Animal Shelter, I was fairly appalled. In 25 years of pet ownership, I have never encountered such condescension and disrespect. I will find another vet, and I will not be back.

I have taken my dog and one of my cats with me and it has been always a good experience for me and my pets. When I took my cat there I was afraid of her to be scared (she doesn’t leave home almost never, so I thought she would be scared and aggressive). But the doctor and technician they were both caring and tender all the time and my cat felt just fine with them.
Creekside Animal Hospital in Arlington is a good place to take care of your loved pets.

We boarded our dog for four days, with some fear and trepidation, since we had not left him before. He had no problems, came home calm and obviously well cared for. They also groomed our dog, giving him the best hair cut he has had. Costs were very reasonable as well. The office is clean with no pet odor and a very friendly staff.

Dr. Kutch and her staff are fantastic! They have taken care of our dogs for years. I know they all love animals and it’s obvious by how good they are to my fur baby. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a good vet.

Not a horrible vet, but they spend more time selling you products than treating your pet, and they’re quite expensive.
My daughter was surprised when they told her that her dog had fleas, because the dog had just been flea treated by our groomer, that comment was followed by a pitch to buy flea control products. All of this talk about fleas and heart worms was as a result of us visiting because our pomeranian had a bad tooth.
Expensive…Judgemental…you should go elsewhere.

I love this clinic. Everyone there shows great compassion and love towards your pet. I have taken Jake there for boarding and Dr. Kutch examined Jake for a cough I was concerned about. I was impressed and happy with Dr. Kutch and staff. Would recommend them for all you pets needs. Will definitely take Jake there for any and all his care

We have been taking our furry kids there for 10 yrs. They are wonderful. Very compassionate. We have a dog with many special needs and they are so great with her.

Great place for both my boxers.
Dr. Kutch has always been very knowledgeable and honest about any treatments required. She spends enough time with us to really find out what’s going on and I’d recommend her to anyone.
Appointments are also easily made and I can usually get in same day and always the next day.

Worst experience ever. They misdiagnosed our dog with arthritis charged us 300 dollars for bloodwork and medication, Month later our dog died after another checkup because she was now vomiting severely, gave her a shot and the next day our beloved dog died from a ruptured tumor that we had ultrasound done at the emergency room. She was 5 years young. They killed my dog Hate these people stay away

My experiences here have been quite mediocre.
I adopted a pup from the Arlington Animal shelter and came in because this location is part of the «free exam offer within 5 days of adoption» list. However, I had to pay a $ 12 «work-​in» fee since I showed up without an appointment… though the clinic was dead without customers or animals.
The vet spent a minute to palpate my pup and left. What is it with vet clinics’ notorious reputation for up-​selling products and vaccines? An assistant informed us about heart worm protection options and we left with a $ 100+ bill…
Since the initial visit, I have been back twice, once for vomiting issue and the other for an ear issue. I wasn’t particularly satisfied with their service and especially with the bill… Each time, it’s $ 100+ and the medications they prescribe actually doesn’t alleviate the problem.
The OTC meds that they recommended helps a lot more than the meds I paid for. I guess I just took a $ 400 class on how to treat common symptoms for my pup.
