After talking with various people concerning my computer, I talked with Michael Cross, who worked with me with the problem of my computer fan and the professionalism is top notch. He not only solved the fan problem but gave me invaluable time spent that he did not have to give with the solving of the riddance of many viruses that had accumulated over time that I was unaware of.
