I wish I had checked D7 on Unilocal before handing over my credit card. We had the same experience as Joseph P. We were told that the suit would be ready on Wed. No phone call from store to say otherwise. We call Wed evening asking about suit only to be informed that the suit would be ready on Thursday(we needed it for a function on Friday night). Thursday afternoon we were told that the suit we ordered was not available and would we want a more expensive suit at no extra charge. At that point I felt we had been scammed. While looking up the phone number to cancel the suit, I saw the Unilocal reviews. Instead I went to the store to demand a refund, which the store clerk gave me begrudgingly all the while mumbling that the store wasn’t turning a profit with the«great deal» we were getting. By the time we arrived home, the clerk called asking if we wanted the suit because after all it will be ready! Dec 5 I requested the refund(credit) to my credit card. Today(Dec 12) the credit still has not appeared. Now I’ll have to hassle with my bank crediting me. My advice is that if you see D7 — run the other way. I’m adding more to my review above. It is now 12/18/2013. That is 13 days and my refund still has not been credited to my account. Now I need to contact my bank to request the credit.

Great customer service. I went in just to get a French Cuff white shirt for an event. The owner was the only one there(it’s a small store), and he had no problems taking time helping me out even though I was there only to buy 1 shirt and a pair of basic cufflinks. The store was having a sale when I went in, so it was well within a student’s budget. After he took my measurements to make sure I got the right size shirt(I’m very tall and skinny, so shirt buying is almost always a chore), he was able to almost immediately get what I needed(1 white shirt). I tried it on and it fit perfectly! Before I left, he took the time to take the shirt into the back and press it for me, as I am going to be wearing it in a few days. He even gave me a break on the cufflinks, even though they were not part of the posted sale. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything else, though I do know that when I do decide to upgrade my wardrobe, I’ll have no qualms with going to this store to do so.
