This location consistently has only the worst flavor available. Loads of Triple Grape, Spider-Man and other odd flavors. Always sold out of Mint Chocolate Chip, Vanilla and Chocolate. This is America isn’t it?!? I particularly didn’t like it here when the lady behind the counter told me she couldn’t get my ice cream because it was too hard. I go to this location out of convenience but never out of choice.

I would also give this 0 stars if possible. Will never return to this DD location ever again. I am a loyal DD customer and always choose DD over other establishments. However, the employees in this location were slow and apathetic and the best part was, they had a tip jar expecting to receive compensation for their lack of customer service. I didn’t even make a purchase after I stood there for 5 minutes without receiving an offer to take my order. Never again. I hope this location closes ASAP.

This DD is a nice enough place! The staff is friendly and pretty quick. It’s comparable to just about any other Dunkin Donuts you’ll find. I got the big n’ toasted sandwich with the hash browns. The sandwich was alright but the hash browns were freakin awesome. If I’m in the area again I’ll be back

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Really rude lady working here. When I took a sip of my ice coffee I only drank chunks of sugar and the donuts were rock hard. I love dunkin donuts but will never come to this place again!!!

I am a huge fan of DD coffee, I have gone to a lot of them all over. This location is the worst at getting the ratio of cream and sugar to their coffee. The regular with cream and sugar has almost no cream or sugar comparatively to other locations. I order a regular with extra extra and then it tastes like a normal coffee with cream and sugar. I have skipped a craving just because this was the closest location.

The person who was working the register, Stephanie, was less than friendly. I went with my co workers and she was being extremely rude to the customer ahead of us. I almost walked out due to her lack of respect… Thankfully, another women took over the register and was very friendly. Like another Unilocaler stated, these employees always seem upset and never smile… this is a big reason why I usually go to Starbucks.

2÷24÷15 — 11:30AM: It’s typical Dunkin except a little bigger than most. Parking is minimal. The main reason for my low rating is the two men behind the counter were engaged in their own conversation the entire time I was there. The conversation was inappropriate and had words that show a lack of respect for the customers. Don’t get me wrong, I am no prude and I can be far more foul mouthed and inappropriate than these guys were. I also don’t expect anyone to bend over backwards for me when they’re most likely getting paid wages too low to live off of. But I do expect common courtesy beginning with being aware of what you are saying and who you are saying it in front of. If I lived or worked close to this establishment, I would definitely avoid it in the future. Especially if I was with my daughter.

I hate it here. Last time I went I wanted ice cream. They didn’t even have the main 2 flavors that every ice cream shops should have and we all know what they are; strawberry, chocolate. I was in the mood for something chocolate. I wanted an Oreo sundae the lady tells me they don’t have Oreo cookies n’ cream ice cream to make it. So then I asked for a chocolate shake, guess what? They didn’t have chocolate ice cream. At this point I was getting a bit frustrated but I was willing to cope with her. So I decided to tell her that I’d like vanilla ice cream made with chocolate syrup which is kinda the same thing as a chocolate shake. Did she hear me? I don’t know. But she thinks it’s okay to add rocky road to the shake. Um, that has peanuts. Atleast if you’re gonna improvise, let me know what you’re putting in my stuff because I could be allergic to it. If you don’t have what I want just let me know but don’t let me stand there and put whatever you want in something I didn’t ask for. I took the shake only because she gave me more than what I asked and it was good. I believe she’s the manager who clearly does not care because I’ve gone multiple times there and they never have what I want. Why is there banana royale on the menu of you don’t have any bananas? Same with the smoothies. Like come on! My boyfriend tells me I must love to get horrible customer service because I always go back, but it’s only because it’s the only dunkin donuts and baskin robbins on my way home from church. I hate it here.

I go to this Dunkin every day. The staff is nice enough to remember me when I come in. I love Dunkin Donuts because anytime you go in there, day, night etc., you can get a decaf coffee.

Not my favorite. Every time I’m disappointed by something. The last time I went, I got a coffee with skim milk and splenda– they used real sugar and didn’t add and skim milk. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. There was basically NO cream cheese. They maybe added one smear. When I opened the bagel one side literally had nothing. The employees always seem pissed off, they never smile and barely look up at you to take your order.

Donuts were fine/good as always depending on what you get. I really liked the Fall-themed donuts they had this past year. This location has a second floor with seating, though most people get take-out. The parking situation is terrible though! You wouldn’t believe the number of close crashes I’ve seen coming in and out of this Dunkin’ Donuts. There are only 4 spots or so in the parking lot and very limited street parking. And it’s all next to a busy intersection. I would recommend just parking off of Lee Highway if you can or parking off of Lincoln street. The parking lot is just too much trouble.

Slow slow slow… Must be new management. I have been here many times and it has never been this slow and they cut back on the seating area.

I think this store is really mismanaged. I went to this Dunkin to get some school work done and immediately when I walked in, the trays where pastries are kept were right next to the door(strange). I went to the upstairs seating area where I was by myself. Unfortunately the lights kept flicking off every few minutes. I had to keep waving my arms to reactivate the motion sensor that turns off the lights. It was incredibly infuriating when I was trying to get some work done. I got the attention of the staff when I was heading out and both individuals looked at me like with blank stares when I told them about the flickering lights and how they should inform the manager to get that fixed. The parking at this Dunkin is really tricky too… only 3 spaces. Otherwise it’s metered street parking. Looks like I’ll be studying at Starbucks from here on out!

The donuts are good. However, this particular location runs out of donuts quickly. If you don’t get there before noon on a Saturday or Sunday, you may not find the flavors you want, which seems a bit ridiculous.

So It’s Dunkin. The donuts are delivered to the store in the early morning. But they never taste stale. It’s pretty consistent. The Chocolate Kreme donuts are my jam and this location usually has them. If there were no ill effects, I would eat them for most meals. The employees are very nice. Sometimes they have to have you repeat your order, but they just want to get it right. I like the new setup more. It has more flow and gets less backed up. The upstairs is kinda of dingy and sparse but nice to sit and do the crossword. The parking lot at this location is tiny and little bit chaotic. The dumpster blocks your view to the right when you’re backing out. So, make your peace with the world before doing so. I prefer to park on the street or walk(It’s a long walk, but I never finish my coffee before I get home)

Being from New England, I am the stereotypical Dunkin’ lover. There are a lot of D&D haters out there and while I love the«craft» coffee explosion that’s happening all around us, D&D will always hold a special place in my heart. When I found out this Dunkin’ was less than a 1 minute detour from my work commute, my world became a little brighter. The friendly faces here pour my cinnamon coffee with skim milk a couple times a week now. Note — bringing your own mug makes your coffee order a «refill» which comes to $ 1.09 — no matter the size of the mug! Yes, it still more cost effective to make your own coffee at home but it’s better than paying ~$ 2 and having a styrofoam cup to add to the landfills… Considering I arrive between 5:50−6am, I’ve never had an issue with parking, but I can see how it would be limited at a more reasonable hour. There are 3 or 4 spots on the side of the building and street spots right in front of the shop.

I love this Dunkins! I’m typically here at least twice a week since its location is so convenient. The staff is super friendly, they learned my «usual» within the first couple weeks of me going there. I know a lot of people complain about the parking but I really don’t think it’s so bad. There are only about 4 spaces in their«parking lot», but there is plenty of street parking both in front and to the side of the building. They’re food selection is always fully stocked, I don’t think I’ve ever wanted something that they didn’t have. I was nervous about frequenting a Dunkins outside of New England but this place is definitely a taste of home.

This store is conveniently located near 66 off of the Spout Run exit in the Cherrydale neighborhood of N. Arlington. Good quality coffee, free wi-fi but the parking can be an issue during the early morning rush. The staff is really nice and since I go 1−2x a week, they remember my «normal» order. The one time I had an issue with an incorrect order, they addressed it promptly and without any problems. I’ll continue to go back…

I was prepared to hate this place from all the bad reviews I’ve read, but I actually like it. It’s a cute little DD in the Cherrydale neighborhood of Arlington. It looks clean and colorful compared to other DD locations I’ve been to. It seems as if the times I’ve gone here were on the tail ends of bad days, and this DD really helped to boost my spirits. Both times I went here I was served by the same girl, and both times she’d give me an extra donut than I asked for. The second time I came here she acknowledged doing such. It could easily be because I went close to closing time, but it’s the thought that counts. And the Pumpkin Spice coffee they have for the fall is really good. She made it perfectly and added just the right amount of cream and sugar to it. The four-star review instead of a five-star one is that I got an order of donut holes along with a regular-sized donut during my first trip, and the donut holes that were supposed to be filled were barely filled at all. Other than that, I have no problem with this location, and will gladly return again in the future.

Dear Dunkin’ Try Dunkin’ your own donuts into the cup-o-suck that you expel onto Lee Highway. Your lack of parking causes caffeine deprived drivers to irresponsibly attempt parallel parking– without notifying the unsuspecting drivers around them. And what has Cherrydale done to deserve over processed food stuff that’s conveniently pressed into donut-like shapes? Oh and take Baskin Robbins off of your signage. I thought Baskin Robbins was all about the 31 Flavors. Where the hell are the other 20? I have a lack of cavities because of you. You are making the Arlington Sweet Tooth cry. Somewhere WIlly Wonka is turning over in his grave. Hope you’re happy. P. S. I have two words for you… TIMHORTONS. He’s the sexiest Canadian coffee and donut man in the whole world. Upstate New Yorkers have already been seduced by his charms. When I wake up in the morning, I wake up to TIm. I keep his coffee in my cupboards and will avoid you forever more.
