What they served me Saturday Morning sure as hell wasn’t coffee, much less DD coffee. It was so diluted it tasted like water with some cream and sugar in it. Had to catch the Metro so I didn’t know the beverage was crap until I got off the Metro. Also, using the DD Perks app on my phone, all my accumulated points (140 or so) were taken PLUS the normal cost of a large coffee.

I domt understand how the store number doesn’t work. How is it out of service that decent make any sense. All I want to do is retrieve my belongings back. And I would like to call and ask can they hold them if the damn number was working!!!

I had exited the Ballston metro and while waiting for hubby to pick me up before we headed else where I saw the DD and thought I would grab a little sweet treat. Now I realize it was the end of the work day and it was no longer their peek time which probably played a roll in the lack of selection. When I walked in the place was messy and I did not see anyone. Someone did come out and I was able to make selection. Basically there were only a couple of donuts left and nothing I wanted. I decided to go with a few donut holes. I stuck with plain, powder, and cinnamon. I don’t think the guy working the counter said a single word, I guess at that time of day I was luck he had appeared.
The powder & cinnamon were dry and overly firm. I cannot see myself bothering to visit again.

Ordered a turkey sausage and cheddar on an English muffin. Hopped on the bus to go to work. Sat down at my desk just to find a black and curly hair in my sandwich. I made a complaint on the corporate website, received a call from them, who promised the manager from this store would call within two business days. That was over a week ago. If the manager can’t even be bothered to return a phone call, they don’t deserve customers! Their coffee always tastes burned and the service is so slow– usually giving you the wrong order!

It’s dunkin donuts. Enough said :) this one is clean and the staff are relatively courteous. I just came for my free donut. No One gave me a hard time.

So happy there is a dunkin in ballston! Staff here is (almost always) friendly and quick. The only downside is they don’t have iced green tea but I’m not sure why.

A typical Dunkin Donuts… The store is small, you can’t sit in indoor and donuts choices are not much :(

Oops they did it again! I pre-ordered 3 dz donuts and 2 dz bagels for pickup at 8am this morning. Entered the store, got my order and checked it to make sure everything was there. AGAIN short 1 dz bagels! Beware!

This is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the office and I love it! The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the orders get completed quickly during the morning coffee rush (and off rush hours). I am a big Dunkin’ iced coffee fan and this location is the best at getting it in my hands quickly! A majority of the time, my orders were correct, and it is a great start to my day whenever I stop by.

As a gal on a low carb and low caffeine diet, I didn’t think that the new Dunkin D would have much to offer me. And I’ve been a Starbucks loyalist for years.
But I’ve become addicted to their decaf iced coffee + flavoring (which is much lower in caffeine than Starbucks decaf). Also they are amazingly fast, and the cashier has already learned my standard order! I like it!

Stopped by this new location after coming back from vacation thinking it would be faster than going to manhattan bagel or brueggers. Ordered an egg and cheese on an everything bagel and a medium coffee. The coffee came out at a fairly reasonable time but it definitely took a good 10 – 15 minutes for them to get my sandwich out. Even then, they brought out a bagel with cream cheese rather than what I ordered. When no one took the order, I realized they must have made a mistake. I’m not sure how they did since I saw the cashier put my correct order in. They then proceeded to ask me for my receipt. I threw it away since I figured everything was correct but for now, I would recommend you keep your receipt since they are messing up orders. They corrected the order but it took another 5 minutes. The sandwich was okay and not really all that great. Maybe in time, they can work out their kinks but I’ll only be going for the coffee for a while if that.

Standard Dunkin Donuts. Staff seems competent, store is clean. Donut was fresh.
Worth mentioning that there’s no indoor seating. As such, there’s typically people hanging around outside.

DC resident here, and I have to say — coming to VA sucks a little bit less now because the Dunkin’ Donuts right outside the Ballston Metro has opened! Hip hip hooray!
They had their soft opening yesterday around 2:30pm, and had full-fledged service starting this morning. The store is small and the line could easily go out the door, but they were doing a great job of taking and filling orders quickly, correctly, and happily. The cashier engaged in a short convo with me when I told her how happy I was that they’d finally opened. The manager and another employee were giving out free small iced coffees w/butter pecan — SO GOOD! And they were very friendly as well.
I will return not only for the delicious iced coffee, but also to save 15+ minutes of my life in the morning… some other coffee places nearby just don’t have the system down like DD!
