Stopped In and bought an arrangement from their cooler. Rave reviews from everyone in my accountant’s office! Beautifully done, fresh and the packaging traveled in my car just fine!

They did not show until 8:14 hours are from 8am-7am. My order was ordered the day before at 10am in the morning. They did not have my order on file nor did thay have it ready. He had to look at my phone for the confirmation letter to make sure I did order it.

I would give them a zero if I could. Called a day ahead, arrangement never got delivered to the business on friends birthday. I called twice to check the status, the third time I spoke to them I requested something be done to make up for their mistake. The guy(whom I later learned was the owner) offered me a $ 20 refund on a $ 120 purchase. The next morning the manager called me because she arrived to the store following her day off to undelivered product. She called me to see what was going on. Wow! I felt uneasy even during ordering process. Cancelled my order. Will not ever call again.

We ordered an Edible Arrangement for my mother to be delivered on Mother’s Day. We felt that since she works in a floral shop she wouldn’t want flowers delivered so we decided to have an Edible Arrangement delivered. We’ve had great service from the ones here locally but this one in Arlington, TX was just awful! Unfortunately my mother was at work when they tried to deliver it. On the site they say that they would try to drop it off with a neighbor. They did not. They left a card with a number for her to call. She did call and the lady was so rude! She refused deliver the arrangement again. My mother was told she had to come and get it. She couldn’t so she asked if they could just refund our money. They refused and insisted that she come and pick it up. At this point my mother questioned if she even wanted anything edible from this store. We called them and the lady told us they would deliver for an additional 12.00. Excuse me but we already paid for a delivery, not a delivery attempt. She also said she needed to deliver the arrangement asap or the fruit will go bad. Was this the same arrangement they made for mother’s day? I hope not! It’s a couple of days later by now! My husband also contacted the store via email. She responded with a rude explanation of how my Mother didn’t get the right delivery date via phone. The email was completely unprofessional. We realized then person responding had no customer service tact and sought to speak to someone else about the matter. At this point no arrangement had been delivered and they refused to refund our money. So we had paid for a product that was not received. This to us was equal to stealing. I contacted the number on the Edible Arrangements site and explained the situation. The customer service was A+ on the phone. The lady understood that this was horrible service and they should have delivered another FRESH arrangement without the extra charge. She also questioned the integrity of the store in delivering a fresh arrangement with the poor customer service. A complaint was filed with the corporate office and sent to the local store. We have yet to hear back from the corporate office. The local store still refuses to refund or deliver without the extra charge. We’ve contacted our bank about the charge. There was no product delivered for Mother’s Day or even a few days after wards. The customer service made the us question the quality of which the arrangement would be delivered. We don’t think they deserve our money. I would never order from this location again!
