I had a great experience my first time there, the worker at the time I went was a young girl with black hair. She said shes been working there for a long time now. She was very sweet and helpful, her customer service was awesome! Compared to godiva and rocky mountain, lindt is reasonably priced for premium chocolate, I will definitely be coming back if any of my business trips is in Texas again.

I love Lindt Chocolates! So seeing this store in an Outlet I figured we’d get great chocolates at a reasonable price. Well, 150 truffles(You choose which flavors; mix and make) for $ 40.00 seemed kinda OK. But since we had a 25% discount coupon given to us at the Outlets I figured it would be worth it. Long story short, we ended paying the $ 40.00. Pros — The chocolates taste fresher than bought elsewhere. The prices are OK… kinda. Cons — The employees don’t seem to know how to treat customers.

The chocolate was great but the sales woman was rude and inappropriate. I will not go back if she is there, she ruined my experience with her behavior.

If you think this is overpriced I suggest you head to the local Walgreens for a Hershey bar. Lindt chocolate is luscious. I got hooked on it in Florence Italy. I couldn’t find the European collection anywhere, even online. I was so excited to run into the Lindt outlet and find they had the exclusive European line. I love that they have a card that you can earn free chocolate. I also enjoy their specials which are cheaper than any drug store. I also love the by the pound mix and match truffles. My boyfriend bou th t me a big o bag of the coconut truffles which are to die for. On top of everything the customer service is excellent!

WAYOVERPRICED! This is a low quality chocolate store trying to charge high end prices. I sampled a few different chocolates by getting the pay by the pound bag which was $ 36 per pound! I paid $ 6.55 for 2.5 oz(5 tiny pieces) The chocolates were stale, low quality, weird tasting flavors. I was surprised because the ones at Walmart are pretty decent. BTW a bag of Lindt at Walmart is $ 3.48 for 5 ounces(¼ the price!) and they sell the good flavors. The manager at the time was a 50 year old heavy set brunette women. When I told her that i didn’t like the chocolates we purchased, she said with a very rude voice, «Well I can’t return them if you already ate them.» I replied«But how would I know I didn’t like them if I didn’t try them?» For the high end prices they’re charging I expect TOPNOTCH customer service.
