I hope you are reading this before making a purchase at Ethan Allen.
Beautiful Furniture and AWFUL customer service! Even though the furniture is pretty, be aware that it may not be exactly as shown in the showroom when it arrives at your home.
Service requests move slowly. The store manager seems disinterested in helping. After several email and phone calls, the district manager is addressing my final service concern.
I regret giving this company any of my business.
