I commute into Boston, work full time and also try to get 3 – 4 workouts in during the week, but I have always felt guilty about the time and exercise I’m not giving to my dog Finney. FitDoggie and Me gave Finney and I a chance to work out together and have some fun! Mike is great with people and with dogs — and he has the patience needed to work with both. He adapts the workout to the human and dog involved — and didn’t flinch when I messed up his program by bringing my husband along, too! We have been doing the indoor program during this horrible winter, but I’m excited for the opportunity to take the class outside, too!

As someone who works full time, it’s been hard to find time to get in my personal workouts since getting a puppy a year ago. I’d feel guilty if I went to the personal trainer leaving the pup at home. Mike and his team have put together an amazing program that allows both me and Rip to get in a great workout together while also working on key training techniques which are super helpful in these early puppy years. It’s been amazing to see how much Ripely learns each week and both of us leave the class feeling great after a hard core workout.. .. which also wears Ripley out for a good part of the rest of the day!
