I usually shop the website, but it is nice coming into the store now and then for extra-steep deals on adorable, preppy FORNASH jewelry. I scored a gorgeous bangle for just $ 5 and usually they’re more like $ 25 – 30. I wear it all the time.

This place is adorable, yet I find the service just isn’t there. Any time I’ve visited the cashier remains in her stool at the cash wrap and doesn’t bother to help. Their jewelry is also not very good quality. I understand that it is fashion jewelry for show and is not real, but earrings that I have from there itch and turned my holes green. I’m not hypersensitive to jewelry either and I paid more for them than other stuff in my collection that’s much better quality. What a bummer!

Looking for the Kate Spade/Tory Burch look without the price tag? Do pretty patterns get your heart racing? Rich-girl chic your style? Then you should really check out Fornash. While it is not my style, that’s OK. I do think I might, eventually, find a piece or two here. Accessories only, but with amazing prices. Staff has been fairly friendly, though I feel bad about the unfortunate location. Also, Fornash offers plenty of items for monogramming. I’ll definitely be browsing here often, even if I don’t find anything for myself.

I read some of the other reviews and noticed that people did not appreciate the service. I have had a much different experience and I go to this store quite often as I work in the building attached to the Ballston Mall. They have adorable jewelry and for a reasonable price! The sales associates have always been helpful every time I have been!

Have to agree with Katie — although my experience was not as bad. I actually walked in and walked past the sales associate so she had no choice but look at me. She didn’t say hi though but I made a point to talk first and said, «Oh, is this store new?!» She answered my question. I browsed and she didn’t say anything to me until I happened to pass her again and she asked if I found everything OK. I couldn’t tell if they did monogramming for everything as I saw some items in the front of the store showing monogramming and I had purchased some sale items. When I paid, she didn’t explain it to me at all. I only found out about the monogramming when looking online. I also realized later that she forgot to give me my sales receipt. The store is cute though with some nice accessories that were reasonably priced — although others were a little cheap looking for the price. I didn’t notice any bags, which I would have definitely been interested in. I would probably go back to get a gift for a friend.
